The world's population, as a collective whole - likely could benefit from disconnecting from social media more and etc. People are swayed too easily by other's, and those "other's" rule the realm of social media. Look at ISIS and their various utilization of social media platforms.

Never going to happen. We're still in the infancy of social networking and only time and education will get our growing gullible brains to work for themselves again.

I'm deeply saddened by this, don't know any details about the Louisiana shooting yet, but the Minnesota shooting has me so dismayed it's unbelievable.

Well this has deteriorated into an epic crapstorm. Outrage, racism and divide rule the day. A great leader, like many in the past, would come out and say that this is not a time to hate each other but a time to come together and take action to end this craziness.

Oh, you mean lip service.

This will end when something is finally done about the problem.

People are tired of hearing empty promises and feel good speeches. Time for that is over with.

Fixing how the cops treat us.

It's funny how no big wigs from the NRA has said anything.

Dr. King got shot while about to completely revolutionize the economic structure for every single citizens regardless of race, color, or creed.

Violence will begat violence.

Everything is solved violently in this country.

Yet you think you're safe? These pigs are targeting whites more and more. But your people too blind by sticking up for your slave masters you don't even realize it.

We tried being peaceful. Doesn't work.

Be on their side all you want. Don't care.

MLK got popped. He didn't solve anything being peaceful. Look at this country today. Nothing has changed. We're still being systematically hunted.

This will be sad to watch as Rocket, Clem, Perfect Spiral, CHS and others try to call off their creation and calm him down before he kills.

I don't think urging people to come together and close the divides that are creating these situations is LIP SERVICE. I understand how you feel about all of this, but I can assure you that things like what happened in Dallas last night will solve nothing, NOTHING.

AND just so you know, I do not support your NEW attitude that these killings committed by police call for violent reprisals. IMO that attitude makes YOU a part of the problem, not the solution.

As long as I've known you, when you get mad (outraged) you say things that later you realize you did not really feel... You're a good man, and good men have to rise above the outrage and horror in situations like this. So for now, I'm going to bite my tongue and talk to you once you've had time to process this stuff.

I agree. Things have already escalated far beyond what should have reasonably happened and it's time for cooler heads to prevail. Democracy is a fragile thing and while our country is not perfect, it is a whole heck of a lot better place to live in compared to much of the world.

This shooter said he was not a part of any organization. If the police involved with these killings are not meant to represent all police, then certainly this guy can't be considered representative of black Americans. Wow.

But we get gun control from our leader, or so called leader. He just can't resist himself he's so determined to take away American rights and justify any means to do so.

meh, I think Swish is a good guy. Passionate, sure, but I'd be shocked if he went there.

I also think Rocket, Clem, and PerfectSpiral are good people as well. I disagree with them plenty but they mean well and you can't say that they created anything. There's no reason for disagreement to be hostile.

Orlando shooting : wouldn't had happened if they are armed.

Two black men shot: they shouldn't had been armed.
