I recall a game against Jacksonville where we "forced" like 7 TOs. And they win it in the last minute after MJD took a screen pass like 75 yards because everyone forgot how to tackle.

Cleveland vs Jacksonville since 2001 has had some interesting games. To say the least..

Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

If it was in 1984, the 49ers won the Super Bowl that season, and Montana was already "in his own". haha

I dont remember the exact year but it was early eighties.(I was born in 74). Dont remember much except it was pouring rain, Paul McDonald was the QB, and I think my Dad said something about Marty Schottenheimer had just became the coach. And I am pretty sure we lost .

My very first "awareness" (interest) in the Browns was in January 1970.

I was at a bowling alley with a Sunday church bowling league.

I remember watching a few minutes of a game with the guy behind the front desk who was watching the Browns vs Vikings Conference Championship game.

Obviously...

Can't remember my first game as it was in the late 50's but I remember the first game I brought my middle son to the new stadium. For some reason he was a bengals fan(hell you raise them the best you can) anyway I was wearing my bricklayer jacket over my Browns gear. I had this drunk guy behind us throughing stuff on us. I told my son I told you not to wear bengals gear. Now I will fix this.

I stood up and unzipped my jacket and said look. I've been a Browns fan for longer than you have been alive.Give it a break. look at me do I look like your Grandpa. How would you like your Grandpa to kick your ass.

We won that game but on the way out of the stadium he started it up again. I had my son and 2 girls wearing bengals gear. I told them this is my son I want you two and my son on one side of me and him. Finally I said get to your cars. I walked over to the drunk and said(really you want to hit your Grandpa) he grab my arm.i said look this can end nice or I will snap your arm.i as trained in karate for awhile. He decided to let me go. But anyway everyone went home healthy, and I haven't been to a game since.

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
