I saw someone hold up a Trump doll at the convention and the box said it has 13 or 17 sayings. Maybe he made that?

Who hasn't? I've started one, been involved in another, and got out of the way of several. I've even been to a movie theater when someone got stabbed.

I was in a bar watching the superbowl. Packed house. Then five cops bust in and beat some guy down to the ground and drug him out. Guess he had a warrant.

If it doesn't say "lil Marco" then it's worthless.

Not going to get into the politics of it all. It's a lost cause. Just want to say how proud I was of Cleveland during this event. I heard some pundits say it would be a war zone. Just like the Cav's victory, Cleveland didn't need to burn itself down. WTG CLE!

Yea it was really nice that nothing major happened. Few situations, but nothing anybody expected to happen.

The only one I'm aware of was a clothing line that had his name on it.

Yep, it was fantastic representation of the people of Cleveland. I am also reminded of how some pundits thought that there would be tons of shootings with so many guns there ... and I think that there was one. Great job by all involved, and a great representation of how people should act. (aside from a very few problems)

So Hillary has selected Tim Kaine as her VP.. good guy, I like him a lot more than her... but he's an Ivy League lawyer, who taught in academia, and has been in politics for more than 20 years. How.... original.

Yup, I was pleasantly surprised by how well things went down there with like you said, some minor exceptions. Maybe I shouldn't be too surprised because I do think people in this area usually have good character (I'm from Cleveland area so I might be a bit biased).

There's no way on Earth she was going to pick Bernie or Warren. If she did, that would have been home run picks for her party and I think she'd win the election. I think she doomed herself picking Kaine. She's run a boring and uninspiring campaign and she picked a boring and uninspiring VP. Her arrogance in thinking she'll get away with it will cost her in November.

Say what you want about Trump, but he at least tried to unite the Republican Party. Hillary hasn't even tried to reach out to the Bernie voters. Leaving out her character, she's a garbage campaigner. Obama knew how to sell the hell out of himself and he's going to essentially need to carry Hillary.

Boring is definitely the word I would use.

And DC, I agree. Dude is about as cookie cutter of a politician as you could possibly get.

Comparing the two VPs....eh. Each one has their flaws when talking about the opposition.

Just IMO, the biggest knock is Pence though. The religious freedom bill wasn't exactly popular, to say the least.

Honestly, I think Hillary is going to get destroyed in the election. If we even ignored her scandals and controversy, she might STILL lose. She just doesn't understand what people want. She is the establishment and people are fed up with politicians.

She might be running a worse campaign than what Romney did. Her only saving grace is that Trump runs his mouth. She needs Bernie, Bill, Warren and Obama to carry her during the convention and for Kaine to impress the hell out of people.

Her entire speach is feel good flowery speak and nothing of substance. Donald spoke of the gritty realty in this country. Hillary wants to white wash it. Like reality doesnt exist.

I couldn't agree more. Hillary made a huge mistake choosing Kaine as her VP. That sends a clear message that she will tow the corporate line and do NOTHING to change Wall Street or Trade.

From her short list, Cory Booker would have been a much better pick. At least he could give progressives a little hope. She is a damn liar and a nightmare for a candidate.

I think the chances of a Trump Presidency just grew significantly.

NOW to add insult to injury, Wikileaks just released about 20K DNC emails that suggest (prove) that the DNC preferred Hillary and gave Bernie no chance.

The truest line in Trump's speech was when he said ... And I'm paraphrasing here ..

"Hillary's greatest accomplishment is what she's gotten away with, there's many people that have done a lot less that are in jail now" ..

"She couldn't pass a basic security level background check" ..

The thing is, you can give a boring speech if you're squeaky clean (in comparison) and have your parties back. You don't need to be a complete "rah rah" president. However, Hillary is completely out of touch with her base and I almost feel like she has tanked this election. If you have questionable character, you better make damn sure your party has your back. It's what Trump has done. Hillary hasn't even tried to engage Bernie supporters by addressing issues within her party. Trump understood the importance of party unity. Hillary doesn't give a damn.

The DNC is about to be thoroughly humbled when Trump mops the floor with her in November. Regardless of what people think of Obama, the DNC struck gold with him. He was an excellent strategist that understood his base. However, they've pulled a complete 180 with Hillary.

The law abiding citizens with guns has never been the problem in these United States. People would rather not look at the people causing most of the problem as they give the law abiding gun carrier a bad name.

If you truly want to know who is causing the gun problems in America, I suggest you look to the Left.
