the big swing at the end of today might have sealed it

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

I feel for Lee Westwood, he's such a nice guy but missing a 2 footer to half the match, brutal.

Reed was just pure fun to watch yesterday, that eagle he sucked back into the hole from the fairway was amazing.

I like that in the Ryder Cup, the two sides are pumped up to win but treat the opponent with respect. Fans, sometimes less and on both sides of the Atlantic.

BTW, I see Tiger is playing next week. That'll be a good follow-up to the Ryder Cup, if you're the golf network covering it.
As much as he can be an ass, golf is more interesting when he's playing.

Tiger returning will be a bigger story than Brady returning.

However, I'm willing to guess his results won't be quite as impressive.

I sure am rooting for him to be playing in the final pairings on Sundays again. It's good drama and fun to watch.

Then would his non-return after returning be a bigger story than his return over Brady's return? tongue

Report: Tiger Woods to withdraw from Safeway Open, delaying planned return

I gotta ask, why announce your intentions to play and then back out only days later because you're not ready? What changed over such a small period of time? Last week he was "flushing every shot" and now...he can't win so he's not playing. Sounds very Brett Farve-like. Play or don't play, stop talking about it.

It's in his head. He has zero confidence, which seems really odd.
