"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Boston is far to the left as KC settles into the slot. Fannin is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Sampson are split in the backfield as the ball is hiked ... Here we go."

Griffin doesn't need surgery. That means he could [technically] come back November 10th. The question then becomes, if Kessler is healthy, stick with Kessler and see if he continues to develop or kickstart the Griffin experiment? http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/17825...n-bone-shoulder

With this O-line Cody will end up on IR anyways so it doesn't really matter. We don't have a starter but simply the chump of the day.

Nor would I. Get some continuity between injuries at least.

I do think Hue goes back to RG3 if/when he is deemed 100% healthy. Hue devoted so much time and energy in the offseason working directly with him that I doubt he's punting that effort. He was his starting QB choice and expect to give him another shot.

along comes the guy who cleans the office pushing his big cart. He comes in and picks up my trash can, dumps it in his big trash cart, then he picks up my recycle can and dumps it in the same cart.. Good question. On one hand, public opinion and the media seem to love Kessler and think he should be developed. On the other hand, Hue and FO seemed all-in on RGIII. Here is an excerpt from an article that quotes Sashi Brown's thoughts on RGIII: Does one game change that line of thinking? It shouldn't, but it's the Browns.............so, you never know.

if he is back at 100%, RG3 should get the nod.
My predictions on starters..
Rg3 will come back.. get hurt again...
Kessler will start... get hurt again...
McCown will start.. get hurt again...
and the infamous week 17... Hogan will start. lol.

I think Hue already said that Kessler earned the right to start the rest of the year. The only time I heard Hue talk about it in the last 7 days, he said Kessler was their QB as the others were injured and it wasn't a point worth discussing. I've seen nothing to suggest they are running with Kessler for the rest of the season. My impression is as stated above, Hue will work with RG3 again when he is healthy. I think Hue also wants to win games and I don't believe he would hesitate to put McCown back in there if he thinks that's the best shot at winning.

He was his starting QB choice and expect to give him another shot. I don't. I read something that put the odds of RG3 being here next year at something like 90% against. I have to wonder how long it will be until RG3 is even healthy. McCown was hurt after RG3, with a similar injury, didn't go on IR, and McCown was practicing last week. Now I believe that RG3 cannot start practicing until 6 weeks have passed, so that time frame would be approaching rapidly. Nate Orchard is another player who could be a guy who could get the early return designation. (instead of RG3) We'll see what happens, but if Kessler continues to show progress, I have a hard time seeing Hue put a halt to that progress.
