The message? Its the human condition; get over it. Stop obsessing about it. Go get a bacon cheeseburger and a beer. Everything's fine, until it isn't.

I love this post, great message.

I sometimes lament getting older - I'll be 50 next year - but I don't dwell on it too much and I still think and act like I'm 25, sometimes younger than that.
On the other hand, my bro-in-law has had too many beers and cheeseburgers in his life and he's in the hospital right now after a mild heart-attack.

His wife says from now on, it'll be a lot more salads and water than cheeseburgers and beer.

As a person who had that heart attack four years ago, I say screw it, enjoy what life you have left and eat a cheeseburger now and then if you want one.

Some of us have that....hard to explain...

Me, you, Jennifer Aniston, and Cindy Crawford are just lucky I guess.

I'll be 58 in a few months and have had some health issues but mainly back surgery. I can't do a lot of the things I used to do. Yet at the same time I've been very blessed with a wonderful wife and family.

I actually embrace growing old because in my youth, I never believed I would live long enough to get old. I was quite a hellion and there was more than one occasion where I felt my life had far better than 50/50 odds it would end.

I realize now just how fortunate I am to have made it through all of that. How fortunate I am to watch my grandchildren growing up. How much happier I am now and relaxed within my own skin. So far it's been the happiest time in my life.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
