time to flip to NCAAF?

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Horton has a complex D that he throws at them all at once. His teams usually sink before they swim. Let's hope they figure things out quick. Not looking so hot.

Hi all. Our offense looked "ok" at best with the 1st teamers in there. Boy, as soon as Thomas came out, that left side of the line was non-existent. And we're going to be seeing Erving struggle with that shotgun snap all season, I fear.

On defense, I thought that Gilbert was our most useless player. I think Kruger has overstepped him by leaps and bounds. Exactly what point does he serve?

Gilber did have that one good tackle. Hopefully he'll get cut.

FYI, if anyone wants to see something funny/depressing, check out a guy on Twitter, @hunkura. He documented several Erving plays. So terrible.

Does Horton sit up top? or on the sidelines? I never see any cameras on him.

What's the point of kicking a field goal there?

My prediction: RG3 will be injured because he holds onto the ball too long. Josh is much better with the quick release.

They honestly didn't look that bad.

On the stunt Greco was blocking no one. Looked like a communication problem more than Erving.

Blocking a linebacker in space on the backside is rough for a lineman, just have to find a way to slow them down sometimes. (73, JT, looked about the same on the play) He didn't get flagged for holding at least which looked like the alternative.

If a play calls for him to block a certain direction, but there is no one there because they are going away from the run, it isn't his fault on some other plays.

I was kidding earlier about missing Mingo, but we might miss him on special teams a lot...our coverage teams look poor. Bademosi gone, too. Not sure who we've had out there though. Looked more young DBs than LBs, but they seemed pretty slow getting down the field.

Yes, I imagine I'll look back from my deathbed someday and say "I'm glad I watched Browns preseason games. Made my life seem about a decade longer."

Has anyone thrown out the "the Browns are just playing a vanilla offense/defense this preseason. We'll be much better when we see the real thing in the regular season" yet?

I've thought it tentatively, but can't even type it, let alone believe it.

It could happen, but I'm not putting any money on it.

I don't have a crystal ball but after seeing our D thus far it would be hard for me to believe we won't give up well over 400 points this year. 25-30 points a game; very, very possible.

Usually I would say this is like any other year, but hell no this is much worse. This team sucks to new levels.

Congratulations to our 2016 NBA Champion CLEVELAND CAVALIERS!!! Greatest comeback in sports history... Hail to the King!
