In typical Browns fashion, it is never too early to start keeping an eye on next year's draft.

As it stands right now, I see our biggest needs on D with CB, DE, and FS the prime culprits. It also seems to be a good draft for OLB/Pass Rusher types, and I'm not sure how the guys we have are all going to fit together yet.

On Offense we're always looking for that franchise QB.

Players I'll be watching:

Myles Garrett, DE/OLB, Texas A&M
Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson
Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU
Desmond King, CB, Iowa
Marcus Williams, S, Utah
Jonathan Allen, 3-4 DE, Alabama
Harold Landry, DE/OLB, Boston College
Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State
Jamal Adams, S, LSU
Adoree' Jackson, CB, USC
Malik McDowell, DL, Mich. St.

Who are you watching?

Garrett because he's probably someone we're looking to pick

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Besides Buckeyes and their opponents, I'll be looking for chances to watch Stanford's McCaffrey and QB Brad Kaaya from the U. You're the second to bring up Jonathan Allen from Alabama, so I'll probably keep an eye on him too.

McCaffrey impressed last night. He's such an uncanny player with great athleticism and awareness.

Was hoping to see Harold Landry, but he didn't seem to play a whole lot for BC. Hopefully, that was a result of the read option.

I've got Oklahoma/Houston, Miami(OH)/Iowa, UCLA/TexasA&M, UGA/UNC, and Clemson/Aubrun set to record for later.

Plan on watching Ohio State, then LSU/Wisconsin, and USC/Alabama today.

I'll try to fit in a workout between the later two.

Off the top of my head, Cooper Rush, QB from Central Michigan. Of course the big question will be level of competition, but he is one to watch.

Pick 6 Falcons! First time in my life that I cheered against OSU. My son started at BG this fall.

I'm guessing with that effort after the pick, JT Barrett is off the Browns draftable list.

Today is the only day in my life that I'll be a BG fan.

It was called back. And wasn't even for a TD.

But Peppers had a fantastic PR that made my heart swoon.

Already time to watch something else.

Supposed to be good. Is coming off a knee injury in high school. The DE spots should be in good hands at Ohio State for the foreseeable future.

If Houston gets invited to the Big 12, they will become a super power. All they'd have to do is recruit the Houston area.

Agreed.

I think if Houston moves to the big 12, Herman would be more willing to stay.

Josh Rosen just threw one of the worst INTs I've seen. He was getting sacked and literally just heaved the ball to nowhere. It was a Weedenqsque decision.

If you haven't read the SI article on Rosen, he is a major douche.
