Browns' top pick Corey Coleman broke his hand in practice today Print Email Mary Kay Cabot, cleveland.com By Mary Kay Cabot, cleveland.com Follow on Twitter on September 21, 2016 at 6:37 PM, updated September 21, 2016 at 6:38 PM CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns suffered another huge blow Wednesday when first-round pick Corey Coleman broke his hand in practice, a league source told cleveland.com. He broke the hand when he caught a pass and someone came down on the hand. Practice is only open to the media for the first 20 minutes and it happened after that. It's not yet known how bad the break is or how long he'll be out. The Browns declined to confirm the report. The injury comes on the heals of a series of big losses for the Browns Sunday against the Ravens. Josh McCown suffered a left shoulder injury, Cam Erving suffered a bruised lung and Carl Nassib suffered a broken hand and underwent surgery on Wednesday. Robert Griffin III is also out 8-12 weeks. Coleman, the No. 15 overall pick out of Baylor, is coming off a breakout game in which he caught he caught two touchdowns passes and totaled 104 yards on his five receptions. "Two touchdowns, five catches, over 100 yards,'' said Jackson. "Keep doing that for me baby, and we are right on.'' Coleman is one of the Browns' starting receivers along with Terrelle Pryor. If he can't play, one of the younger receivers will have to step up into his place. http://www.cleveland.com/browns/inde...broke_his.html

Okay, NOW I think 0-16 is a possibility.

Any questions of whether we'll have the first overall pick (that they'll trade obviously) have been answered.

my god, we are absolutely cursed.
Dude, I swear Hue looked a little shell shocked in his post game presser as if it finally dawned on him that rebuilding this team has less to do with the roster and talent than it does breaking the curse.

i mean damn bro, what do we have to do to break the curse? bring back animal sacrifices? I think the Stadium and Berea both need an exorcism. I used to live in this house back in Erie, PA. One of my roommates pointed out these wax crosses just beneath the pain on the top of all the door frames. She said that at some point the house had been exorcised. I didn't think a whole lot about it until months later when the landlord replaced the front door and frame. Then I started hearing all sorts of foot steps and movement, but only in the living room. Every other room still had the cross. No joke.

So what you're saying is....we have to exorcise Art Modell.
cause at this point, i dunno who else it could possibly be.

You can't make this stuff up. Do a voodoo purification or exorcism or whatever to get rid of this. Everybody into their bubble suits til game time!
