I didn't see it hit the ground. His arm was under it. Popped up when his arm hit the ground. At least that's how I saw it.

Whether it hit the ground or not, he had control on the way down.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

It's great to see Wisconsin do well.

The Badger defense is very good.

I can't wait to see them come Bowl time. (my favorite time of the year)

Excellent football game between two well-coached, classy football teams. I don't get all the hate from the posters during this game.

Wisconsin is a very good football team that was playing at home and coming off of a bye. Ohio State is exceeding their pre-season expectations.

They actually deserve a lot of credit for fighting through adversity and beating a very good football team on the road. Ohio State has the heart of a champion.

Malik Hooker is the reason we stopped the last play. Hornibrook was cocked and loaded ready to throw what he thought was a wide open route. He saw Malik Hooker breaking his direction and had to stop his delivery and the rest is history. Hooker was coming like a bat out of hell and if in regulation and if Hornibrook released that ball it was going to be a 100 yard pick 6.

He played the run and tackled well all night.

How do you guys feel about JT Barrett?

I honestly have only seen the WI game, and he didn't look that great, it seemed that he was either running the ball, or chucking it deep. Not a very good game IMO.

he's a QB manager type. It limits the offense, but he's efficient and reliable. Our lack of ability to go down the field may be our downfall. We don't score consistently at times.

I don't think JT is an NFL QB, but he puts up record-setting numbers, is an excellent leader, is very intelligent, and he wins games.

I'll keep him.

JT Barrett was part of that incredible Buckeye 2014 season.

He was supposed to be the back-up to Braxton Miller (who got injured early).

Barrett came in and played like the Big Ten Player of the Year. (Which Braxton won the year before)

Then Barrett broke his ankle in the Michigan game.

And Cardale Jones finished the season in historic fashion (In successive games he beat Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship, Alabama in the National semifinal and Oregon in the National Championship. - The Buckeyes were underdogs in all three of those games)

But back to Barrett. His records and awards in his brief 2014 appearance:

2x OSU Record 6 TD passes in single game (2014/2016)
OSU Record 44 total TD in a season (2014)
Big Ten Record 44 total TD in a season (2014)
OSU Record for total offense in a season (2014)
First Team All-Big Ten (Coaches & Media) (2014)
Third Team AP All-American (2014)
5th Place in Heisman Trophy voting (2014)
Fourth Team Athlon Sports All American
Thompson–Randle El Freshman of the Year
College Football Performance Awards Freshmen of the Year
Griese–Brees Quarterback of the Year (2014)
Offensive MVP of the 2016 Fiesta Bowl
6x Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week [1]
7x Big Ten Freshman of the Week (2014)

What an incredible year.

For recruiting-

Jeffrey Okudah will be a Buckeye, he just hasn't made it official. Bubba Bolden too. However, a HUGE name to look out for is Marvin Wilson. He wants to play for a instant winner. OSU gives him that and a chance to start from day 1 at DT unlike Bama. Gun to my head prediction on how we finish:

Jeffrey Okudah
Bubba Bolden
Jay Tufele

Maybe Marvin Wilson or Jaylen Harris.

Tonight's game in Happy Valley will be tough. One huge difference between Wisconsin and Penn State is that PSU is missing their three starting LBs due to injury and they're horrible defending the run (ranked 109th?). The game is expected to be windy which hurts us. Also, Saquon Barkley is better than Clement from last week.

I think we win, but it will be close.

I think we have a huge edge in team speed. I think that we can break some long plays by getting the ball to our playmakers on runs, screens, reverses, options, short passes, etc.

Barkley is a good back. Going to have to team tackle.

I feel much better about this game than I did the Wisconsin game.
