Nothing I've seen from Kessler says starter then alone one that can elevate his teammates. You have to be able to make all the throws minimum. He makes like 60% Not true about all the throws but he does have to elevate his teammates. It doesn't appear he has that quality.

The deep drops 5-7 steps aren't on him, that's the play design.
He can get ride of the ball if no ones open though
