This makes no sense.

Cleveland Browns 2017

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Browns enter the final game of the season in line for the top pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Not only that, they can have four of the top 50 picks.

But a lot can happen between now and the end of Sunday's games. Here are the best- and worst-case scenarios for where those top four picks could land.

FIRST ROUND

First pick currently: No. 1

Best-case scenario: The Browns retain the No. 1 pick if they lose to the Steelers, or if they defeat the Steelers and the 49ers defeat the Seahawks.

Worst-case scenario: The Browns can do no worse than the No. 2 pick because the Browns and 49ers are the only teams with fewer than three wins.

The Browns fall to No. 2 if they defeat the Steelers and the 49ers lose to the Seahawks. Both the Browns and 49ers would be 2-14, but the 49ers would win the tiebreaker based on a lower strength of schedule (SoS).

The Browns' SoS is currently .540, and the 49ers' is .496.

Second pick (via Eagles) currently: No. 10

Best-case scenario: This pick can be as high as No. 8. That's only if the Eagles lose to the Cowboys, and the Chargers, Bengals and Panthers win.

Worst-case scenario: The pick could fall as low as No. 15 if the Eagles win, and the Cardinals, Bills, Saints, Colts and Vikings all lose.

SECOND ROUND

Third pick currently: No. 33

Best-case scenario: Even if the Browns lose the No. 1 overall pick in the first round to the 49ers via tiebreaker, they would still get the first pick of the second round (No. 33) due to the draft's revolving order for teams with the same record.

Worst-case scenario: As stated above, the Browns are locked in to the No. 33 pick no matter what happens Sunday.

Fourth pick (via Titans) currently: No. 51

Best-case scenario: This pick can climb up to No. 48, but to do so requires a lot to happen. The Titans must lose, and the Saints, Colts, Vikings, Bills, Ravens, Buccaneers and Broncos must win.

Worst-case scenario: The pick can drop to No. 54 if the Titans defeat the Texans and the Redskins lose. If the Lions lose to the Packers, the Titans would have to keep their SoS (currently .462) below the Lions' SoS (currently.464).

Everything im reading says 1 and 11 with a chance to move up to 10 if the cards beat the rams. But shouldn't it be 1 and 13? The bills and saints have lower sos.
