 Wish these were still in production. I think I heard on the radio a couple days ago they're coming back.

Do any of you Dawgs still have one of the old Boston wall mounted pencil sharpeners?? I loved using those even if sharpening your pencil was the equivalent of putting meat through a grinder  We still have one mounted just inside the closet door adjacent to our media room. Still use it. Love a sharp point on my pencil.

--Handwritten letters. Writing them and sending them to a person you cared about seemed to mean so much. Receiving them made you feel so good. I agree with this, and would add thank you notes to the list. I have been to 3 weddings in the last several years. given a gift, and nothing. I have no idea if they even got the gift, because none of them have even said anything about the gifts. There are so many other situations where we would have once sent thank yous, but people today simply don't do it anymore. It's really sad, especially when someone puts real thought and effort into getting the right thing. It is really sad.
