Obama attacked Fox News on many occasions...
-“I am convinced that if there were no Fox News, I might be two or three points higher in the polls,” Obama told liberal journalist Matt Bai of the New York Times Magazine.
- Obama Says Fox Is Entirely Devoted To "Attacking My Administration", June 16, 2009, CNBC's "Closing Bell"
-PRESIDENT OBAMA: It's very hard for me to swallow that one. First of all, I've got one television station entirely devoted to attacking my administration. I mean, you know, that's a pretty...
HARWOOD: I assume you're talking about Fox.
PRESIDENT OBAMA: Well, that's a pretty big megaphone. And you'd be hard-pressed, if you watched the entire day, to find a positive story about me on that front.
-Obama Calls Fox News "Destructive", October 14, 2010, Rolling Stone Magazine
- Obama Takes A Shot At Fox News Owner Rupert Murdoch, May 10, 2011, Speech In El Paso, Texas on Immigration Reform
- Obama Blames Fox For Benghazi and IRS Scandals, February 2, 2014, Interview With Bill O'Reilly
- Obama Hits Fox News For Obamacare Criticism, October 2, 2014, Obama's Speech At Northwestern University
- Obama Hits Fox News for Anti-Poverty Narrative May 12, 2015
- Obama Takes A Shot At Fox News For Allegedly Covering Him Unfairly,
- Obama Blames Fox News For "Balkanization Of The Media", November 3, 2016, Real Time With Bill Maher
-Want more? Them there Crickets is getting pretty loud down he-a. Ha,,, One network that is totally known to be Right Leaning in just about every respect... ONE.. He didn't condemn the entire media as trump has done. Your boy is a lunatic Trump may be a lunatic, but the only reason Obama only called out one network is because all other networks were in his corner.
WE DON'T NEED A QB BEFORE WE GET A LINE THAT CAN PROTECT HIM my two cents...

because all other networks were in his corner You're surprised? He represented a corporatist economic policy that worked against the interest of all Americans, but routinely saved face with liberal social policies.

Trump is not only up against the false reporting in America but he has taken on the world of the Globalists and the Elites who have been pushing the New World Order.
The CEO of Zillow was just on CNBC and he said the World Press is reporting that America has banned the immigration of all Muslims.
Trump shakes his head and asks "How does a 120 day suspension of immigration from 7 nations while we fix our vetting system turn into this? Latest Fake News: Trump will act Presidential when He gets elected. Nordstrom makes a business decision to drop Ivanka Trump's line because it is underperforming, most likely due to Trump's rhetoric and actions. So the big cheesy decides to retaliate in a tweet first from his personal account then retweeted from the POTUS account. He's obviously not involved in the families business interests and not using his office to retaliate. This guys is SO going to get himself impeached. 40, you and others like Erik, Eve and Haus should enjoy your little victory while it last. I almost feel sorry for you. Trump is the cream of your crop. OMG Sad! And Trump is real nervous about the pending decision of the 9th District Court, he has been tweeting attacks about that too. King Trump should never have to wait or he will throw a tantrum! lmao Such a little man.

Don't feel sorry for me. I do not want or need your sympathy. As long as we're posting in the fake news thread, here are 16 examples of media reporting fake news since Trump's win on November 8th. Most of these were posted on here by the usual anti-Trumpers, likely not even realizing at the time that the stories had no basis in reality: http://thefederalist.com/2017/02/06/16-fake-news-stories-reporters-have-run-since-trump-won/

First off, Trump is not the cream of the crop, he was the only crop growing in the election.
Second off, you will probably not comprehend this, but I can not hold it against any Father who goes to bat for his Daughter. You may believe that Nordstrom dropped her line because of low sales but I and many others believe they caved in to the pressure of the left. Nordstrom stores are for the most part, located in Blue States.
Now to the enjoying our little victory. It is not little and it is not short lived. We will continue to watch the dismantling of the Liberal/Progressive movement for years to come.
You do realize that when the next bomb goes off in America, set by a terrorist group, it will be on the Left to apologize to the dead and injured. You and yours will own it!

No. You're wrong. The left will say "well, Obama knew it was coming, and if he were in office, it wouldn't have happened. It's Trump's fault for not following the intel Obama left." And it's already happened where Trump followed the intel left by the O admin, and gave the military permission to make an attack based on the O admin intel............and a soldier died, and the left blames Trump.

Not when your kind tie his hands on National Security, drive down the economy with your boycotts, destroy property and free speech, and tie up his cabinet nominations in the name of bitterness and hate. I have no doubt, if given the time, the Liberal/Progressives will bring America to its knees like no foreign adversary ever could. The Media will back you all the way.

You do realize that when the next bomb goes off in America, set by a terrorist group, it will be on the Left to apologize to the dead and injured. You and yours will own it! When (or if) the next bomb goes off, the blame will rest entirely upon those who set it off.No Americans need ever apologize to each other for an act of terror that inflicts itself upon us all. Americans of every stripe and background will grieve their loss, despite their domestic political stripe. Just like we did in September, 2001. __________ We all want the same things, in the general sense. We simply disagree on the steps that should be taken to accomplish our mutual goals. If you are the type of person to blame another American for the 1993 bombing of the WTC or the 9/11 tragedy, then you are exactly the type of American who willingly allows himself to be used as 'propaganda material' for those who wish to do us harm. I'd never blame YOU for the acts of an enemy who was bent on our destruction. United we stand/divided we fall. I may disagree with you about the proper course our nation should take, regarding international affairs... but I'd never accuse you of being complicit in an attack on our nation by foreign 'bad dudes.' It's a line I'd never cross with a fellow Dawg/American. It seems to be a line that has have no meaning for you.... and that is lamentable for someone like me. Good to know this about you, going forward. It will inform every single post I read from you, from here on out. Trump>dissension/America's best interests. Got it. Logged- for future reference. Dawg: this man is not The Savior. He's merely the "Anti-Obama" at a time that was ripe for such a person. He will not make you safer, he will not keep the volves from the door, and he will not 'Make America Great Again'... whatever (tf) that means. The next bomb will go off regardless of who occupies 1600 Penn. It might be set off by an Islamic radical, or it may just as easily be set off by a Timothy McVeigh or Terry Nichols. We don't know. We'll NEVER know, until a proper assessment is done... post-tragedy. What I do know is this: Americans 'pre-blaming' each other for stuff that hasn't yet happened isn't doing a damned thing to help us now. ____________ I've enjoyed your posts since you joined our ranks, 40- but this time, you truly disappointed me. I've come to expect better of you. Perhaps I should re-assess the regard I've always afforded you. Your next response to me will chart how I regard you, going forward. I am aging at a faster pace than when I was in my 20's. I'll allot only so much time to causes (and people) who cannot (or will not) hold my interest. I've recently backed out of these deadbates for just such a reason (Four deaths in the family over the course of just one year tends to narrow a man's focus, you know?). Please bring some True Game to your 'toss-off' posts... so I can legitimize the time I spend with you. Do you really see 'Americans of The Left' as your enemies?

You say "United We Stand and Divided We Fall" which leaves me scratching my head as to what world you live in. Have you not noticed that we are divided as a Nation and we fall a little more each day?
Have you not seen the hate in the streets and in the halls of government.
Are you blind to such vindictiveness as to have the President of our Nation warn us of trouble coming to our shores and a vetting system that is broken as he needs 90 days to straighten it out, YET YOU TELL HIM NO??? The lower courts shut him down because they can't separate their politics from the Law, the States think they run the show. The Left makes it about politics and not about OUR safety!
He has all the information at his fingertips, all the top top secret information yet the LEFT tells him no! They know better and wish our borders to be open to everyone!
You want to be in charge, call the shots, shut her down? Reject our Leaders warnings because you didn't vote for him? Well then, just like the guy who leaves the door open while going on vacation, cause freedom, and the skunk moves in and the pipes freeze,
YOU OWN IT!

Well now that the Democrats stayed up all night trying to filibuster Trumps pick for education secretary, even picking up 2 Republicans to their side, DeVos was confirmed as education secretary as Pence casts the historic tie-breaking vote. I just don't get how the Democrats can't understand this fact... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-INCwFxeVVY What qualifies her to be Education Secretary... I mean other than she pledged a bunch of money, tried just about everything under the sun to thwart any improvements in the Public education system and has pushed private schools to replace public schools.. She's never taught or attended a public school.. She is a trust fund baby that actually doesn't do a damn thing.. I am not 100% sure, but I think she's aire to the Amway fortune. I'll have to check that later. But this is her business career: Business career
DeVos is chairwoman of the Windquest Group, a privately held operating group that invests in technology, manufacturing, and clean energy. DeVos and her husband founded it in 1989.[22]
DeVos and her husband were producers for a Broadway run of the stage play Scandalous: The Life and Trials of Aimee Semple McPherson, in 2012, based on the life of the famous evangelist and featuring a book and lyrics written by Kathie Lee Gifford. The show ran for three weeks, closing in December 2012.[48] Neurocore
Betsy and her husband Dick are chief investors in and board members of Neurocore, a group of brain performance centers offering biofeedback therapy for disorders such as depression, attention deficit disorder, autism, and anxiety.[49][50][51] The therapy consists of showing movies to patients and interrupting them when they become distracted, in an effort to retrain their brains. According to The New York Times, a review of Neurocore’s claims and interviews with medical experts suggest that the company’s conclusions are unproven and its methods questionable.[49] Democratic senators raised concerns about a potential conflict of interest and questioned whether she and her family members would “benefit financially from actions” she could take as education secretary. DeVos announced that she would step down from the company’s board but would retain her investment in the company, valued at $5 million to $25 million.[49][52][53] That's it,,, Nothing of value.. Other than she contributes to republicans. HOW in the hell can anyone say she's qualified to do anything? People pick on George Soros (quite frankly, that's how it should be) but he's at least done many good charitable things around the world.. Something that the DeVos haven't. SHE AIN'T QUALIFIED. Charity is a consequence of faith. If it is not based on faith, then it is works without substance, because your left hand is not supposed to know what the right hand is doing. < see Peter's latter, in 2 Peter 1. I have known of George Soros and his evil wiles long before this passed election cycle. He is a disciple of the Jesuit, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. He has been called the father of the U N.

What if the next bomb that goes off is set by another Timothy McVeigh? As if anything changes. That argument is also already made and good to go. "Home grown revenge against Trump's Muslim ban." It shouldn't be too long now until the right starts claiming all democrats are Muslims.

And I will Proceed accordingly with the knowlege that you have told us from the beginning...
Trump will not win the nomination. Trump will not win the Presidency. Trump will not come through on his campaign promises.
And now you say "Dawg: this man is not The Savior. He's merely the "Anti-Obama" at a time that was ripe for such a person. He will not make you safer, he will not keep the volves from the door, and he will not 'Make America Great Again'... whatever (tf) that means.
Well I have watched as you were proven completely wrong, and I have watched as step by step by step Trump has done everything he said he would do, with more to come. I have watched as he has worked harder than any President I have ever seen to get things working again. I have watched him risk your wrath as he works to protect Americans from a foreign threat with a 90 day suspension of immigration from 7 countries.
Fight him as you wish, tie his hands where you will, subvert American Democracy as you like and ignore his warnings at your peril. This Country will overcome the onslaught and reject the Globalism you would impose upon us.
We shall remain a sovereign Nation and will not kowtow to any enemy, foreign or DOMESTIC.

And one other thing I wish to remind you of...
I warned for years that people were like springs, the harder you push them down, the more violently they spring back.
Well here we are, after years and years of being told "You can't say that", your ideas are ignorant, you are Homophobes, Xenophobes, Hate Mongers, as we tried to express out thoughts on things being imposed upon us. The Christian man who baked cakes, who said making a cake for a Gay wedding with two men on top flies in the face of everything I believe in, can we discuss this? No, you sent him to court ordered sensitivity classes and destroyed his business. The Christian woman who was elected to approve marriage licenses was told she would have to approve Gay marriages now too. She said wait a minute, that was not in my job description and flies in the face of everything I believe in to be right. She was then dragged through the mud over her past life, threatened and oppressed by the Left! The Pizza maker, and many other such tales of woe. I won't even go into the working man watching his job go overseas as our Leader picks up his Nobel Prize and is praised by the world that took those jobs!
We couldn't even put Trump stickers on our cars or in front of our homes due to threats to our property. Today, many many Trump supporters go to their jobs and must remain silent as the President of the United States is lambasted and insulted by their Liberal/Progressive coworkers with an approving nod from the supervisor.
You oppressed us and pushed that spring down from every direction until finally, finally...
POW THE SPRING SNAPPED BACK!!!
Now, we request you get over yourselves and come to realize...
WE'RE BAAAACCCKKKK!!!

So they get fired ... imagine that ... They sue and win a half a million dollar suit ... in what world does that make sense especially when other folks are getting put out of business for their religious beliefs ...

Hey, I wasn't the one making the claims that Trump would act "more presidential after he was elected". I'm sure those voters were duped.

I'm certainly not seeing it. He even attacked Nordstrom because her clothing line wasn't selling. Attacking an American business so his daughter could sell Chinese products.

http://blog.dilbert.com/post/156778990841/berkeley-and-hitlerHere’s the best article you are likely to read about the absurdity of calling ANY American president Hitler. This is the sort of persuasion (sprinkled with facts) that can dissolve some of the post-election cognitive dissonance that hangs like a dark cloud over the country. Share it liberally, so to speak. You might save lives.
Speaking of Hitler, I’m ending my support of UC Berkeley, where I got my MBA years ago. I have been a big supporter lately, with both my time and money, but that ends today. I wish them well, but I wouldn’t feel safe or welcome on the campus. A Berkeley professor made that clear to me recently. He seems smart, so I’ll take his word for it.
I’ve decided to side with the Jewish gay immigrant who has an African-American boyfriend, not the hypnotized zombie-boys in black masks who were clubbing people who hold different points of view. I feel that’s reasonable, but I know many will disagree, and possibly try to club me to death if I walk on campus.
Yesterday I asked my most liberal, Trump-hating friend if he ever figured out why Republicans have most of the Governorships, a majority in Congress, the White House, and soon the Supreme Court. He said, “There are no easy answers.”
I submit that there are easy answers. But for many Americans, cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias hide those easy answers behind Hitler hallucinations.
I’ll keep working on clearing the fog. Estimated completion date, December 2017. It’s a big job. Another article from a more traditional source that argues something along the same lines, but from a different angle. Here is a small snippet of what a woman who was born in Nazi Germany had to say (the article has too many embedded images and block quotes to post here in full): http://ijr.com/2017/02/797086-youve-hear...n-nazi-germany/"What is going on in this country is giving me chills. Trump is not like Hitler. Just because a leader wants order doesn't mean they're like a dictator.
What reminds me more of Hitler than anything else isn't Trump, it's the destruction of freedom of speech on the college campuses — the agendas fueled by the professors.
That's how Hitler started, he pulled in the youth to miseducate them, to brainwash them, it's happening today."

By the way, I am not lobbing the 'Hitler' accusation at anybody. Consider those two pieces as explaining alternative and reasonable points of view, and to show how outrageous the Hitler/Nazi accusations coming from the left really are.

This is hilarious to watch the public neutering of Trump and his "Executive Orders". He makes these things with little thought and then the checks and balances come in and pull the plug. His retort? Twitter insults!

Some old guy was on the local News tonight being interview in the street. They only filmed him from the neck down, arm in a sling, all the while the reporter was rubbing his good arm as he cried through the interview.
He walked to the store last night while wearing his red Trump hat when a group approached him and said, "This is what a F*** Trump supporter should look like", as they pummeled and kick his face into hamburger.
In my lifetime, I don't remember America ever being like this.

That's what happens when you have a bully as a President. He was horrible to people during his campaign (how many people forcibly kicked out, inc. journalists, or, people being shamed by Trump just like he continues to do with the judge who is only doing his job? Sadly, the bullies on both sides of the fence have been enabled and are coming out and showing their true colors.
Such a shame.
A diplomatic, professional President who thinks about his words before he speaks (or tweets!) would go a long way as a role model.

A diplomatic, professional President who thinks about his words before he speaks (or tweets!) would go a long way as a role model. It really should bother you a lot more than it appears to. First of all, a man was injured and beaten to a pulp because of the hat he wore. That is not what America is about. Regardless of how much you disagree with what Trump says, or how he says it, that does not justify an unprovoked attack like this. This guy had nothing to do with that.. all he did was wear a MAGA hat. At a more fundamental level, these kinds of things work against your 'side'. Eventually you will have to figure out how to police your own ranks or people will continue to turn against you. How do I know people are turning against you? Well besides the fact that most reasonable people I know tell me that exact thing, you can just look at the number of Republican Governors and members of Congress. There was a stat I posted in the Concealed Carry thread (please don't muck that thread up with this political nonsense) that there are more than 600,000 active concealed carry permits in Ohio alone. That is more than 5% of Ohio's population. I don't care to do the math on what percent of the eligible population has a permit, but you get the idea. The number of issued permits has increased sharply in the last year. Do you think maybe some of this mob violence we are seeing has anything to do with that? I certainly think so. I know you hate the idea of Concealed Carry and you can thank those groups for contributing to our numbers. That is just one of many changes in society we are seeing. Think along the lines of 'law and order' in response to destructive rioting, or backlash against political correctness in response to social justice warriors. many such examples.

Haus, both you and Diam really need to re-read what I wrote above and if you do you will clearly see that I said it is "sad" and a "shame" that "bullies on both side of the fence" are coming out of the woodwork. So, I have no idea what both of you are trying to achieve by manipulating it into something else.

I know that you are opposed to such violence. It was just strange to read your post that followed about how Trump has said mean things in the past about certain groups and how he often rants on Twitter. I know you were not trying to justify the violence, but it's odd to link the two. Put it this way: President Trump could never say another mean about anybody for this rest of his life and you know how much less violence we would see from these anarchist groups? Not much less at all, in my opinion.

The only link I made was that Trump is a bully. Look no further than his language, his temper tantrums, his aggressive and brutish behavior towards anybody who opposes or criticizes him. The fact that he is the President means we are enabling a bully and even placed him at the head of the table. That is a bad message to send. As a parent, I wouldn't text and drive and then tell my kids not to. People see behavior, they mimic behavior and if it is deemed ok for some, especially those in power or authority, then it is very difficult to try to correct.
Nowhere did I say what happened to this man was ok. Nowhere have I ever said the actions by the anarchists was ok. So, I don't understand the point you were trying to make about people CC'ing and protecting themselves etc. against liberals/anarchists. It seemed a bit out of the blue and reads like a threat to be honest, which is odd.

It seemed a bit out of the blue and reads like a threat to be honest, which is odd. Google something like: berkeley riots youtube I won't link here, I've kind of gotten tired of linking to all these videos but it's pretty nasty-- lots of unprovoked violence, including at women who are just minding their own business. But since they're wearing red hats, you know what happens next (a wooden pole to the back of her head or pepper spray to her face.) What I wrote was not a threat. I am not a violent or vengeful kind of guy. I'm just discussing the politics and cause and effect in society. Realize that society adapts to these things. Society often does not adapt in the best or most reasonable way, but it does adapt. I think it's a fair point. If you see an uptick of heavily-publicized mob violence, you would expect more people to go out and get their CCW license. This has happened. Was that the cause? Well I don't know, I would like to discuss it without being being accused of making a threat, but I do think it is one of the causes. If you don't like that one, what do you think about my other ideas-- destructive rioting leading to a more pro-LE Republican platform, or the constant barrage of insults ending in -ist and -ic making people get sick of PC culture. I believe both of those things are also happening. What do you think?

He could turn it down and have less blowback. But right now he wants to be the BMOC, and that will probably not change. He enjoys the conflict and chaos that he creates.
