FYI a 6th db played 27% of the time for williams last tear.. More than a third linebacker by about 7%! Williams basically runs a 4-2-5 (and with the Rams one of the two linebackers was a converted safety). We should be trying to acquire players in the secondary, not linebackers who won't play (or will displace one of our better players).

Good grief, You know what you can do with your % from last season? Mark Baron = 3rd LB. Football is a game of 11 vs 11, not %. % # are for bean counting panzies.

Mark barron was the 2nd lber. Thanks for calling me a panzie because you were wrong and your tiny mind can't handle it. Care to meet at a game this year so I can put a face to the woman who likes to call people names like a child? I'll be the biggest guy in the muni, can't miss me

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I would love to be an OC and run the ball down your throught. All you do is bad mouth others on this board since you joined. If you don't want to debate the LB's in this draft, why post on this thread tuff guy.

I'm glad you think I am "tuff," I didn't mean to come off that way, but I guess it's hard not to be "tuff" when you are just "tuff." I would love to have a discussion about linebackers in this draft. It's what I have been doing by discussing how much a linebacker will be on the field. If a linebacker will be on the field very little (which he would be, because we already have two pretty good players at the position), then there isn't an incentive to select that player high in the draft. The way the modern NFL is played, not just under Gregg Williams, teams don't use three linebackers for the majority of the snaps. The third linebacker is a part time player. This is because players need to be able to cover tight ends and running backs who are going to try and catch passes. Most linebackers cannot successfully cover a running back or tight end in today's NFL. With all that said, I would love to use a later round pick on a smaller, faster linebacker (or even a converted safety) who is good in coverage. That kind of player who make a great backup to Collins and Kirksey.

For thousands and thousands of years math is used creating solutions such as landing astronauts on the moon, bomb to win a world war, win a game of chess, and create devices to navigate earth. Yet, in football, its usability is questioned.
