So, does anyone really think we're going to sign Pryor for $6-7M per (which the Browns are reported to be offering)? Now I'm wondering what A Brown's contract does to the franchise tag ... does it raise the bar this year?

Name atop Browns FA wish list (It ain't sexy folks) local boy Kyle Jusczyk. Versatile Fullback would add new element Hue Jackson's Offense.

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

I actually can see Jusczyk being a target for us. Look at what Hue had with Marcel Reece (plus, he's from Harvard).

I personally don't want Kirk, but if there's any substance and truth to that remark - then awesome!

Would really like to see them sign Pryor and Crowell to long term deals. As for free agents that we could go after Zeitler, Rieff, and Tretter would be great upgrades to the O-line. Would love to get Logan Ryan, but if not Bouye great addition to help Haden. If they can take care of the O-line and add a quality CB the draft we can focus on D-line and LB's.

Honestly, I hope AP retires.

I know he's 'All Day', and has made miraculous recoveries before, but his body is going to give out on him (it's already started) if he keeps going like this.

I worry he's going to be one of those guy where we're going to see his mugshot and a blurb on the news about how his life just fell apart the second football isn't in his life.

There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

Right. It means teams can't even talk to Cousins without first getting permission from Washington.

Seeing what belicheck does is always interesting. He adapts quicker than anyone in the league. I never expected him to franchise Hightower but if they don't bring him back at all it likely means bill sees a trend other teams haven't caught yet.

Chiefs re-signed SS Eric Berry to a six-year, $78 million contract.

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the deal contains $40 million guaranteed, including a $20 million signing bonus. The NFL's premier man-coverage safety against tight ends, Berry is also a ballhawk on the back end and dominant run stopper in the alley. He matched a career high with four interceptions last season -- including two pick sixes -- and earned Pro Football Focus' No. 11 run-defense grade among 91 qualified safeties. Berry is 28 years old. The Chiefs now have Berry under control through his age-33 season.

I'm getting a gut feeling that Bill is thinking that no GM will give up a 1st for Jimmy G, and that his best bet is to tender him with a first and third during next year's off season. That way they can foot the bill if no one takes the bait. Or they're just about to give Bennet and maybe Blount some money. And a moronic GM will give up a first for Jimmy G. I mean, someone paid a first for Sam Bradford this year.

Garoppolo is an unrestricted free agent. It's either a franchise tag, transition tag, or nothing.

Transition tag's top tier is a first and third, right? Or is that just RFAs?
