Umm.....i think larry sanders is gonna end up getting serious minutes leading into the playoffs.
TT just looked gassed the entire night. but we really don't have anyone reliable right now to get him a breather.
I agree with Vers, the bogut injury screwed us, cause he was suppose to be that guy to give TT a nice break during the games.
right now we're dealing with a double edge sword. we need these guys to play to figure out the defense and get in rhythm, but at the same time we need them to be healthy and rested going into the playoffs.

Yeah, it's a tough balance ... getting the 1 seed is important, but at what cost (same thing with maintaining chemistry)
I'm worried about the defense
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

Last year I watched the Cavs win the Championship on my phone while I was at work. It would be great to watch them do it on my couch at home.
The key part of that statement is "Last year I watched the Cavs win the Championship"
I like. Don't even care. They won it. Do whatever you want.

Good thing is there are no back to backs in the post season. Least I think so.

I'm worried about the defense roster management has been pretty bad this year, with the injuries and trades that never materialized, not utilizing dleague enough or 10 day contracts. The result is we have a very tired team going into the playoffs. They are exerting max effort to maintain the 1 seeds and its been counter-productive. Have a few weeks to get these guys some rest...at this point I'm not sure the 1 seed is going to happen, i don't think we can fall below the 3 seed, so i'm resting guys, particularly lebron as much as i can and let come what may. I rather have the 3 seed rested than be dead on their feet one seed.

Good thing is there are no back to backs in the post season. Least I think so. There isn't, but if we keep this kind of play going into the playoffs, then all this building a bench will be for nothing. I understand rotations typically don't go past 8, but if we project our current play going into the playoffs, then lebron is gonna have to play 48 minutes every single game. Which also means we're most likely to see circus shot kyrie every game instead of the kyrie we saw last year in the playoffs.

And I'm legit worried now about the east.
And it's not even the celtics. It's the wizards. Those guys smell blood now, and John wall looked like freaking James harden last night. Such a powerful drive to the basket that we had absolutely no answer for.

I think it's kind of weird, just a general thought, that everyone is geared toward "Cavs/Warriors III" idea..
When in actuality. If it happens again, it'll be the 3 time that it's a completely different matchup.
We didn't have Love and lost Kyrie game one. Then we had both. Now they have KD.
Just something that crossed my mind.
Feel free to go back to saying we're ganna get swept in the first round.

Such a powerful drive to the basket that we had absolutely no answer for. kyrie might be the worst defensive guard that will appear in the playoffs...he's weak and has slow feet. Last 2 point guards have scored 65 points against him.. something has to change with him or teams like boston, washington and toronto with plus PG's are going to destroy us. I almost think you have to put worthless JR back on the bench and let shump start just to be able to play adequate defense against those PG's

To be fair though bro, his defensive game went up a few notches in the playoffs. I know regular season defense for kyrie is subpar at best, but he's reliable in the playoffs.

Yeah, it's been a rough year for JR. The contract holdout didn't help. He came into the year behind everyone fitness wise, then got hurt. Then he's had a lot to deal with regarding is premature daughter.
It's been a tough year rotations wise too. Our starters have seen the floor together maybe 12 games this year?
Lead, you mentioned getting more D-Leaguers in here for minutes. Have you seen McRae, Felder and Liggins play? Those guys are the cream of the D-League.

I find it hard to believe that people can't remember what happened last year. Kyrie's defense stinks this year, but it was even worse last year. Kyrie is also passing the ball way more this year than last year.
lead was the same guy who wanted to blow the entire team up last year. And they won the championship.
Look, I am not making any bold predictions. They could get bounced in the Eastern Conference playoffs and I wouldn't be too surprised, but they could just as easily win it all.....Again!
Dudes are defending champs and all this negative talk is pretty freaking lame.
How about we wait until they are actually eliminated from contention before we trash them?

I would add that some people complained about how bad a defended Love was last year ....... yet he made the defensive play of the Finals.
Also, as I said earlier, this team has really been together for a very short time. All of the moving pieces have been changing, and need time to get acclimated to one another.

Love merely stayed in front of Curry, but 9/10 curry makes that shot anyways...we had alot of luck in that series

Those guys are the cream of the D-League. none of them play lebron's position or are a 5, which is where we are paper thin. I would have sent mcrae away a long time ago and brought up moreland instead so we atleast had a backup for TT...hes another one who imo has dropped off the last month or two due to fatigue

If there was a game you try to win just to prove to yourself that you can indeed turn it up it would be this one

Ok look ball hog Irving comes in and commits two straight turnovers Which leads to 4 points. Can't make someone a good team player, they have to want to
