I'm usually a fan of trading back, but not with the talent that was on the board This draft is very deep. A lot of talent that should not have been there will be there because all the QBs and WRs went early. I thought that same thing at 12 ... but not sure we will think the same thing at 25 I agree. But guys that were supposed to be gone at 25 will now be there as well.

Bottom line, you cannot keep stock piling picks, you have to make a decision, let's go. If you can't then you don't belong in an NFL front office. Someone needs to break it to these guys that you're not in the position to trade down, you are not the Patriots, you need talent NOW. So bummed about this draft now and have negative confidence in our front office, they are clueless.

Sorry to ask, but I'm late to this, I had a super-important family meeting tonight and could only watch parts of the draft so far. Anyhow, I just got home, when is our next pick(s) now that we traded down?

Agreed...heck I would have taken Watson at #12 then trade down (though was looking for Hooker or OJ Howard)

J/C .....
I wonder how many people next year will be lamenting the fact that we have 2 firsts and 3 seconds, because we made trades this year?
We got #12 overall this year because we passed on Wentz last year. How many people are freaking out over that this year?
If the players we draft work out, then the front office will have done their jobs. If not, then they won't. However, let's not pretend that people won't be super excited with the picks we will have next year.
