Absolutely. We The People have to change and make our demands...I just don't know how to feasibly make that happen. It's all very discouraging.

Real people...

Bruce Springsteen, a once proud American with his song “Born in the USA” said at a concert in Australia he's embarrassed to be an American.

Sarah Silverman has called for a military coup against President Donald Trump.

The comedian posted in all-capital letters Wednesday night to her nearly 10 million followers to "wake up & join the resistance."

She added, "Once the military is w us fascists get overthrown. Mad king & his handlers go bye bye."

It seems this stuff is pumping up the Left to the point where they lose it after awhile. I saw it in the DC riots and with Swish yesterday.

Here in DC, they brought up those rioters who were arrested during the inauguration on Felony charges. While interviewing a man on the street, they asked for his thoughts and he replied,
"They ruin these young lives with Felony charges over what? Trump? pfft."

It is all kinda sad seeing the over the top reactions.

The recent Berkeley riots are another good example. It is hard to reconcile that liberals claim to be advocates of free speech, but then violently and destructively riot in order to prevent somebody from holding an event. Sad!

I can see Bruce Springsteen's point of view. Whether we agree or disagree, we all feel some point of embarrassment at our country's actions from time to time.

Now what Sarah Silverman did is more of the wolf-crying and needless garbage that we're seeing from celebrities.

I guess I'll be the poor slob that has to ask: What have we as Americans done to embarrass the poor boy. On the other hand I'll just say that now I'm embarrassed for ever having to listen to his music.

Did anyone of us NOT notice the way the media blew up after Trump won the election? Man, you talk about "petulant child" The media IS acting like a spoiled brat.

I noticed and you are right.. they firmly believed that they had done enough to get their candidate elected.. at least the 90% that were supporting Hillary. I think they were hurt that they don't have as much influence over middle America as they thought they did.... because they generally live in bubbles, surrounded by like-minded people, and they genuinely didn't care that there were 10s of millions of people out there who don't care what they say.. and that goes for celebrities as well, they think like that too.

No, not everybody does. Not everybody lives in a world where they have to retaliate against anybody and everybody who is critical of them.. and the higher up the food chain you get, the more criticism you will get, sometimes (most of the time) you just need to suck it up and keep doing what you do and PROVE people wrong rather than lash out to tell them they are wrong. This notion that every criticism deserves a response in at least the tone in which the criticism was provided is exactly why we are where we are in our division....

Why, because they don't like you? Do your job, let them do theirs... forbidding the media from access just because they print negative things about you is EXACTLY the kind of action, bordering on the F word, that the left is freaking out about.

Like it or not, he's the President of everybody, despite what the hashtag says... as such, he's going to get blind support, he's going to get blind hatred, he's going to get measured support and he's going to get constructive criticism... deal with it like an adult and not like a road rager...

If the media is the petulant child in all of this, Trump is the overbearing abusive parent.

As much as I like pointing out liberal hypocrisy and lunacy, I know the DC riots were Anarchist inspired and some of the info I've seen floating out there the last day or so is pointing to Anarchist's (funded possibly by Soros) were at the heart of the Berkeley riots. I think there was some of the usual liberal wackiness tagging along and behind some of the stand down orders, but the heart of the beast may be something a bit different.

Soros’s bad bet against Trump cost his clients $1 billion.

George Soros’s hedge fund was one of the biggest losers of 2016, as the Hungarian-born billionaire’s misplaced investments turned into a $1 billion loss for his clients, according to a report by hedge fund investor LCH Investments, cited by Bloomberg.

I wouldn't completely lock out CNN and the like either. I think the route they have taken is the right one: start fielding questions from the whole mess of reporters that never get called on. As long as CNN still has equal access, no one can claim they are being snuffed out just because they don't get called on.

When your president has gone from making accusations that Carly Fiorina was too ugly to vote for, "Look at that face", lyin' Ted, Little Marco, Lock her up, which according to him was great for election but not now, Obama wasn't an American, Crooked Hillary and the list goes on.

Now he's actually the president, not some news outlet. It seems to me if you want people to quit lying and acting childish, maybe you should start with Trump. The thing is, I believe both of them are bad. I'm not going to act like one is guilty and one is the victim.

Anyone who blames one and not the other certainly aren't looking at it objectively. He's a nasty man and the press is being nasty towards him.

There ain't no good guy, there ain't no bad guy.....

I disagree with Springsteen's viewpoint here. I really do, but I'm not going to lambast him for it. To pretend that your country has never done something wrong and embarrassing though to me is way too prideful. I love this country with unwavering commitment. I take pride in the fact I get to work for this country, but I have to be honest about things sometimes.

Intel to invest $7 billion in factory in Arizona, employ 3,000

Intel chief executive Brian Krzanich met with President Donald Trump on Wednesday, where the company announced it will invest $7 billion in a factory employing up to 3,000 people.

The factory will be in Chandler, Arizona, the company said, and over 10,000 people in the Arizona area will support the factory. Krzanich confirmed to CNBC that the investment over the next three to four years would be to complete a previous plant, Fab 42, that was started and then left vacant.

A few months ago losing nearly a billion dollars and declaring bankruptcy and being allowed to walk away from debt and taxes was pronounced by conservatives as being smart. What happened?

You want the truth?

A few months ago the statement was made that Trump wrote off all his losses at one time which was completely legal and covered him for years. This was because he is smart.

But now you have added to the statement, twisted what it was originally about and served it back to us as an accusation.
Luckily we are wise to the scams those on the Left now use to further their agenda. Today we only rofl at you.

Off the top of my head, I'm not aware of anyone that said losing a billion dollars was smart.

I AM, however, aware of many that said "well, he lost a billion dollars, may as well use the IRS laws legally."

Trump donates first-quarter salary to National Park Service

"The president has spoken with counsel and made the decision to donate his first-quarter salary to a government entity," Spicer said at Monday's briefing.

Spicer handed a check for $78,333.32 for the National Park Service to Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke. Spicer said the paycheck starts from Jan. 20, when Trump took office, until now.

Private payrolls grew 263K in March vs. 185K est.: ADP

Another blowout number on jobs as ADP reports March payrolls up 263K

The year's fast start for job creation showed no signs of letting up in March as private payrolls saw another big boost, according to a report Wednesday.

Companies added 263,000 jobs for the month, ADP and Moody's Analytics said. That was well above the 185,000 expected from economists surveyed by Reuters and also better than the 245,000 reported for February.

We got ourselves a LEADER BABY ...

While ... oh wait ....

THANK YOU DONALD!!!!!!!!

While everyone on both sides is whining about Russia ... Donnie is just getting settled in and hitting his stride in many areas .... most good .. a few questionable and one that scares the hell out of me ...

The last two weeks have been very active and many things have changed ... he is truely a man of action weather u agree with the action or not .... *L* ....

Big few days coming up ...

bouncing ball will be bouncing over the White House south this weekend as Donnie hosts the Chineese ..... HUGE MEETING on many levels .... there's a new sheriff in town and this one is not a doormat and China knows it .... they've had there way for the last 8 years ....

The bouncing ball will also be over N. Korea (this is actually China also as N. Korea is simply there puppet ... i think China is using this as a test to see just how far they can push Trump w/o being the threat and direct confrontation ... although that will come .. ) ... for the foreseeable future ....

Something needs to be done there ..... NOW ....

That reminds me of a funny story (off topic): There is a guy who regularly worked out at Willoughby Fitworks, we'll call him John. John and I became "Fitworks friends" and I told him I've been clean & sober over 21 years now. So throughout the weeks I saw him there he told me he was thinking about quitting drinking, then sure enough, one day he did it. thumbsup Last time I saw him (he has since moved to Florida) he made it a whole year, was still going strong.

He knew one of my neighbors, a kinda hot girl who works part time at a bar. He told me she starts work there at 8 am and sometimes he would go up there with a friend and start drinking then. I said to him AT EIGHT AM? .....like in the morning!? willynilly saywhat Really?

You figure, you start drinking that early (and who actually wants to start drinking at 8 am?) and by noon, maybe one o'clock? You're whole day is shot! Back in bed by 2 or 3.

I'm just glad he quit!

Fitch changes its mind: Trump isn't a threat to the world economy after all

In February, Fitch warned that Trump posed a danger to global economic stability.
In April, the ratings agency says the president's pro-growth agenda would push GDP more than expected.
Concerns linger over protectionism and debt, but the report was a major change from the previous warnings.

Just two months ago, Fitch Ratings viewed President Donald Trump as a threat to economic stability — not only in the United States, but for the world.

Now, things appear to have changed.

One of the three major ratings services issued a mostly glowing report Tuesday about the state of domestic finances. Fitch, in a far cry from its dire warnings in February, both reaffirmed the sterling "AAA" credit rating for the U.S. and raised its outlook for gross domestic product growth.

The firm now expects the U.S. to grow at a 2.3 percent rate in 2016 and 2.6 percent in 2018 — not exactly breakout just yet, but a good deal better than the 1.6 percent average GDP rate under President Barack Obama.

Fitch attributed its outlook in part to the pro-growth Trump agenda.

"The new administration's focus on deregulation and tax cuts has spurred higher business
confidence and would be positive for growth if carried through," Fitch analyst Charles Seville and others said in a report for clients. "Tax cuts are unlikely to generate a lasting and substantial boost to growth, in Fitch's view."

Despite some lingering reservations, it was still quite a change in tone compared with a warning Fitch sent out in early February.

Back then, the agency declared that the nascent Trump administration "presents a risk to international economic conditions and global sovereign credit fundamentals."

The new president had hurt "policy predictability" while "established international communication channels and relationship norms" had been "set aside" creating the threat of "sudden unanticipated changes in U.S. policies with potential global implications."

All of the disruptions could pose credit-downgrade threats to U.S. trading partners, though Fitch did conceded then that "a lot can change."

Indian outsourcing firm Infosys commits to creating 10,000 US jobs

Infosys is joining a growing list of international firms that are pledging their support for American jobs.

The Indian outsourcing firm announced Tuesday it is creating 10,000 jobs in America over the next two years.

"It's so good to welcome Infosys to Indiana, and to expand our growing tech ecosystem with the addition of their estimated 2,000 Hoosier jobs," Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb said in the release.

The announcement follows President Donald Trump's "Buy American, Hire American" executive order, which called for the H-1B visa program to be reviewed. Any changes to the H1-B program could hurt Infosys, which has benefited from the specialized worker non-immigrant visa. Wall Street analysts have already warned that any changes or restrictions to the H1-B program would hurt India's outsourcing sector, which relies on business from the U.S.

In fact, more than half of Infosys's sales comes from the U.S., and Lockheed Martin, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and IBM are just some of the clients it has served.

Indian firm is going to create Indiana jobs.

I wonder if they'll set up shop in Indianapolis.

I wonder if they'll be Indians fans.

Well those numbers don't include all the people that dropped off the unemployment compensation and are mostly crappy jobs in healthcare that will be going away soon.

Economists look past the official unemployment rate — that 4.4 percent figure, also known as the "U-3" — to other metrics that give their own view of jobs in the country.

One of those figures is called the U-6 rate, which has a broader definition of unemployment than does the U-3. In April, that number fell three-tenths of a point to 8.6 percent.

In other words: the unemployed, the underemployed and the discouraged.

And any graph showing that data since 2008 will show Obama was/is responsible for this. I'm sure O appreciates your thanks!
