What does it have to do with it?

Elected or not, hillary used her position in OUR gov't. to benefit her "foundation".

Bill used his status as former president of the U.S. to receive money, personally AND for his "foundation" from the russians and/or russian bank.

As for trump - all we have at this time is allegations. And actually, I believe the allegations are from BEFORE he was elected.

And you thought they should be convicted for that. What about Trumps cronies?

Did I say that? No.

But, since you and some others have already, in your minds, gathered all the evidence on trump and his cronies, tried him/them, and convicted them.........based on ALLEGATIONS and un named sources, I thought I'd toss out some proven FACTS about things.

Thanks for playing along.

Funny thing Arch, so many people within Trumps own circle are leaking about Trump it only shows how some of the people closest to him fear for our nation so badly they feel it's their patriotic duty to leak.

There is a lot of evidence. It appears you're either not looking for it or choose to ignore it.

I haven't tried or convicted anyone, but there is a lot of solid evidence out there for anyone willing to look. And I know where you're going. And no, I'm not going to do your homework for you. lol

Let's see. The only people that could have or know that information have to be close to the president. But don't let common sense get in your way 40. It never has before.

Cops: DUI suspect who struck a family returning from Disneyland had been deported 15 times

Story highlights
DUI hit-and-run suspect was in the country illegally, first deported in 2002
His latest run-in with border authorities was earlier this year

(CNN)A mother, father and their 6-year-old son were returning from a trip to Disneyland when, according to the survivors' family, a man in a pickup truck turned a corner, smashed into their car and sped off.

The suspect, Constantino Banda-Acosta, was a man that border agents say had been deported 15 times over the span of 15 years.

In a statement provided to CNN, ICE confirmed that Banda-Acosta "has been repatriated to Mexico at least 15 times since 2002, most recently in January 2017." He -- and another man arrested in connection with the crash -- were both "Mexican nationals in the country illegally," the statement said. ICE is planning to take Banda-Acosta into custody once he is released by the San Diego police, who arrested him. He was charged with DUI, hit-and-run and driving without a license.

The crash happened Saturday in San Ysidro. The family was a block away from its home when their car was struck by a truck that blew a stop sign. The back seat on the driver's side took the brunt of the impact, CNN affiliate KGTV reported. That's where the couple's 6-year-old son, Lennox, was sitting. Lennox was taken Rady Children's Hospital with serious head injuries. A representative from the hospital said the boy is listed in "serious condition."

San Ysidro, the area in San Diego where the crash occurred, is about as close as one can get to the US-Mexico border. In fact, the neighborhood goes right up to the border in some places, and even its northernmost reaches are about two miles away from it.

CNN's Stella Chan in Los Angeles contributed to this report.

You know, Diam and a few others love ragging on Hispanics. They can find a few articles where Hispanics have done horrible things and then magically apply it to an entire group of people. Because you know, if one person a particular group of people commits a felonious act, that means all members of that group should not be trusted and need to be removed from our country.

I have a couple of examples myself.

Well, I'm against murder too. I was speaking about our immigration laws. I have no problem with any immigrant who comes here legally.

I even understand why people would wish to come here illegally. The problem is, it's illegal. Our immigration policy sets numbers to allow as many immigrants as our nation can absorb on an annual basis.

I mean if people wish to vote for a change in our immigration laws, I'm fine with that. That's why we have the right to vote, so we can try to change the things we disagree with.

But so long as laws are on the books regarding immigration, those laws need to be enforced. I simply can't go along with advocating that we ignore the laws that are on the books. At some point, we can't pick and choose which laws our government should and shouldn't enforce.

why not? obama did it with weed and you agreed with it.

If the feds decide to enforce federal marijuana laws, you won't hear the first complaint from me. Do I think it would be stupid? Yes I do. But it's the law.

but that isn't the point, is it.

you just finished saying the law is the law and should be enforced, yet you supported obama when he essentially turned the other way on the issue and letting the states decide, even though weed is still federally illegal, and illegal across multiple states.

so if i took you on your actual word, that means you DON'T agree with obama not enforcing the federal law on weed. nor trump for the matter, as of now.

but that's not what you've said in the past.

so if you're willing to look the other way for weed laws, don't be surprised when others decide to do the same for other laws that you wished were enforced.

I don't hold any hatred for any race of people. We are all just trying to better our life for ourselves and our families. I get it.

What I find so funny is that the GOP has more options than just building a wall. If those who enter this nation illegally couldn't get jobs, most of them wouldn't come here. Cracking down hard on the businesses who employ them would go a long way to help this problem. But I don't see a lot of them suggesting that. Because I mean, they're businesses, right?

Well atleast the GOP has a conundrum to even worry about. The Dems solution is to do a whole bunch of nothing.

And I agree. They have a problem cause imposing any sort if regulation or crackdown on business tends to be seen as an assault on capitalism.

However, and I've said this before, I'm all for a crackdown on illegal labor force, but there better be a solution to the real problem that Americans simply don't want to do agriculture like work. So if we crack down on it, fine. But if grocery prices sky rockets, then we're gonna have another crapstorm problem to deal with.

Also, a big problem is that a lot of illegals are coming here truly escaping violence, which is close to borderline genomics being commuted by cartels if you add up all the murders/massacres.

It blows my mind that we are willing to spend billions in the Middle East to fight terrorism, instead of using the resources to combat cartels, something that ACTUALLY affects Americans on a daily basis.

I don't understand why we are so committed to the Middle East and not toward the safety of our fellow neighborhood (countries).

Agree with most of your post.

But the military intel community is doing what they can to prevent another 9-11. Doing their best to make sure the terrorists are on the run.

Cartels exist because there is a demand for their product. It exists, no doubt. It leads to deaths, no doubt.

But on a scale of "attack", it pales in relation to what terrorists want to do.

it's not the military setting the direction, though.

it's the government. government sets the direction, the military then creates strategy to accomplish the mission.

that's why you always see people say they don't like the government, but support the military, cause it isn't the same thing.

also, i disagree with the "attack" notion.

if you're talking just purely another 9-11, maybe. but cartels are responsible for more deaths in a year, some directly affecting americans, than what any terrorist could even dream about accomplishing.

people around this country like to say that they don't want to be affected by terrorism on a daily basis like Europe.

well if they meant what they say, then they would realize that cartels do more terrorizing not only to their own countries, but here in America far more often than any stupid radical arab muslim.

that's facts.

I certainly wouldn't complain if we flexed some muscle on the cartels, they're no different than any terrorist group we're trying to stamp out now.

I won't disagree with you on your post. And I absolutely agree the drug cartels are killing people.

Although, I would add that military intelligence is constantly evolving and doing the best they can to prevent another 9-11.

Don't ask how I know. You wouldn't believe me anyway.

But, I'm all for cracking down on the drug cartels, and drugs in general.

I forget who said it, but one of the candidates (one of the many) in the GOP field last year said at one of the debates that if illegal immigrants were coming over the border and taking the jobs of journalists and other more 'desirable' occupations the sentiment in the press would be much different.

But you go ahead and do your liberal thing and assign your assumption of someone's motivation to them.

It's one of the reasons (one of the many) Hillary lost.

Swish, I don't think it's so much that americans don't want to do agricultural work but that there just isn't much money in it for the little guy since Big Ag took over. I used to have farmers in my family and several farming friends but they mostly all moved on back in the 70s/80s when people were losing farms right and left.

Then if you are just labor on a farming operation there are many easier ways to make money... So with not much of a future why would most want those jobs? Just my thoughts on your comment.

The fact is there's always been a guest worker program to supply farming labor. Even as a child every year they would bring in workers to work on the local tomato farm at harvest time. That wouldn't change.

There's always been a legal way to address this and I see no reason that would change.
