There is a penalty... The "penalty" for not spending at the salary floor. Is that whatever you don't spend. (Over I believe a four year period.) You pay to the NFLPA. So basically. It's not even a penalty. It's just a minimum amount you're going to spend regardless.
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

Just curious ... go through NE's roster and tell me how many talented players they have ... it won't be as many as u think ...
And no .. I'm not saying we have a talented roster yet ... but I think folks will be surprised when they go through NE's or any other teams roster ... take the rats or stilers for example .. my guess is they have maybe 2 or 3 more "talented" players than we do ..
Its one of the reason why i think we could have a much better winning % this year .. not that we got so much better but the fact the NFL has no teams that have DOMINATE UNITS ANYMORE ... ALL TEAMS HAVE major holes IN at least one area of one of their units ..

The thing is, even some of our players that make "our fans list" wouldn't be on the list if you had another teams fan make that same list about us.
You see, our fans have seen so many bad players, that even a slightly above average player looks great.
My guess is if you had a fan of another team make that Browns list, as you suggest we do of other teams, I doubt five of our players would make it.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
