You just love to play the race card and stick it on others.
Ignorant. Racist.

Keep them out until they are legal is the Truth.

We need a Wall plus Border Agents plus Tech to do that.

What the hell are you talking about!

Did you miss the part about me supporting the border wall and how I believe 11 million illegals hurt wages in America?

Or did you mean to respond to OCD?

Nope. But those laws are broken and need to be fixed. I would support open borders with Mexico and Canada. Proper ID/Papers required to cross
We already have that. How's that worked out?

You're in favor of that?

But keeping Mexicans out because they are brown is BS. When is the wall up north going up? Yep, not even a thought about that. You ever see any Canadians living here? lol I have.

Who ever said keeping mexicans out was due to skin color???

And also, you know it's not just mexicans illegally crossing. Don't you?

You may need to use a quote to back that up. I never mentioned race. I mentioned enforcing our laws and how illegal immigration impacts wages. Try again Grasshopper.

Yes, some people aren't big enough to admit when they're wrong. I get it.

Hey, I didn't expect it. I've seen your posts for quite a while now. I pretty much know what to expect and what not to.

You think that's going to work with the cartel's power in Mexico? That's moronic. Hate to say it.

Man I don't have all or really any solid answers to these issues. I don't like illegals causing problems any more than legals causing problems, but I hate like hell to see good hard working people treated poorly by our government and "Good Citizens". And I get furious about the fear that the kids are living in since Trump took office.

So do I think it would work because of the Cartels? Probably not, but the Cartels are small peanuts in this puzzle. The big fear is the government under the control of a white supremacist and what he's going to do to all these families.

I have no issue with the deportation of violent criminals or bad actors. It's the good people that have been here for years, that have roots here, some have kids and even grandkids that were born or raised here. Those kids only know the US.

I have no faith in Trump protecting these people or treating them well. I think this administration will deport as many as possible without remorse for the destruction.

So if you have it figured out apply for the job to fix it, but when I say something like this it's more of a sounding board rant than a solid idea.

How about telling us how much you hate seeing our good, hard working citizens having to pay the Welfare and Medical care for people who came here illegally.

This article says it costs about 54 billion annually, I've seen articles that claim up to 174 billion. Want to know how to pay for the wall, get free college tuition, increase medicaid etc...? Get control of illegal immigration.

40, I know you struggle with the fact that taxes are not used to pay for anything in a fiat economy. I've tried to show you how taxes are just the tool to give value to the money issued by the government. Taxes can only be paid in US dollars, so to keep you fighting to get US dollars the government imposes taxes.

But to fund something they just send an order to the Fed to spend the money. If they had to have dollars to spend before they could like most people, they wouldn't have a deficit.

But even the deficit is not a real thing, because they could make more money to pay everything all at once if they wanted. And who do we really owe? Who is this debt owed to specifically? Try to put a name on it. You can't.

But you go ahead and use make believe money to back up your reasons for bigotry and troll on bro, troll on.

ICE arrests nearly 450 illegal immigrants in sanctuary city raids

As part of a massive illegal immigration sweep, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced Thursday that officials this week arrested nearly 500 illegal immigrants living in sanctuary cities across the country.

The raid, referred to as “Operation ‘Safe City’” in a news release, spanned four days in cities through the U.S., and ended Wednesday.

Illegal immigrants with criminal charges or known gang-affiliations were targeted, the release said, noting that recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program were not.

In Philadelphia, 107 illegal immigrants were arrested, while 101 were arrested in Los Angeles and 45 people were arrested in New York.

The release noted that 18 of the 498 people arrested were gang members or have gang affiliations.

Homeland Security Chairman McCaul: We are now one step closer to securing our borders, America

When it comes to solving our nation’s most complex problems, Washington has gotten used to kicking the can down the road. Nowhere has this been more evident than with the security of our borders. But with our homeland continually threatened by international terrorists, drug smugglers, human traffickers and transnational gangs, complacency at the border is simply unacceptable.

In the November election, the American people made it clear that the time for simply talking about border security is over. They called for action. Fortunately, the Committee on Homeland Security in the House of Representatives was listening and has begun to answer their call.

On Wednesday the committee, which I chair, approved the Border Security for America Act. This important legislation is a 21st century multilayered approach that authorizes $10 billion for tactical infrastructure along our southern border, including the construction of a wall and new cutting-edge technology. It also empowers the Department of Homeland Security secretary to take further actions where necessary.

While a wall and other physical barriers are essential to attaining our goal of improved border security, this bill doesn’t stop there. It also authorizes $5 billion to improve and modernize ports of entry to target illegal immigration, facilitates trade, deploys the National Guard to aid with intelligence gathering and aviation support, and targets people overstaying their visas with the full implementation of an entry-exit system.

Our legislation also adds boots on the ground with an additional 5,000 U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers and 5,000 Border Patrol agents. These brave men and women are our strongest assets as they serve on the front lines in the fight to control our border.

The resources provided in our bill will help stop dangerous gang members, defeat drug cartels, shut down human traffickers and prevent potential terrorists from entering the United States. We will never successfully secure our homeland until we are capable of controlling who can lawfully enter our country.

President Trump has made border security one of his highest priorities. Under the leadership of this White House, we have already begun to make real progress by cracking down on illegal immigration. If we want to continue our momentum and prevent today’s problems from becoming even worse, we must address the situation on our border.

Under Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, Congress is given the solemn obligation of providing for our nation’s common defense and helping to keep the American people safe from those who wish to bring us harm. The Border Security for America Act gives us a chance to make good on that responsibility.

There is nothing more valuable than the safety and security of our own neighborhoods, communities and families. The funds spent on these necessary efforts will help stop illegal immigration and other criminal activity. Real border security will also allow us to focus more efficiently on interior enforcement.

To avoid any progress, opponents of our bill are recycling yesterday’s cheap talking points in a desperate attempt to cling to the status quo and insist that porous borders are OK. It’s time to stop listening to the tired sounds of “the swamp” and do what is best for our homeland security.

We need to reject this Washington noise, embrace this historic opportunity, and do what the people asked us to do – secure our borders.

I am proud to say that over 70 of my colleagues in the House have already co-sponsored this legislation and many outside groups support our effort. These include the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, Border Patrol Union, Border Trade Alliance and National Fraternal Order of Police, among others.

The American people do not want their leaders to hide behind the difficult issues of the day; they want us to confront these issues. Let’s stop pushing the problem of border security to the next generation and finally get the job done.

Getting this landmark legislation to President Trump’s desk so he can sign it into law will take several more steps, but because of the action taken by our committee we are one step closer to providing the American people with the border security they have long demanded and deserve.

just cause he sponsored a bill he supports doesn't mean it'll pass through the house and senate.

again, the majority doesn't support trump, nor do they support the wall he wants built.
