Man the real truth rattles you guys don't it? LMFAO
Obviously you have no grasp on what that means. The real truth is the GOP controls the House, the Senate and the White House. Yet you want to blame the Dems because the GOP can't get out of its own way. lmao

He is talking about their crying, accusing and chasing witches over the past year, that is what he is talking about...

Yet none of the investigations are complete. Those pesky Republicans and their investigations. I guess we'll know what they did or didn't find when it's over and they tell us, huh?
Oh that's right, you don't wish to let due process take its course before you tell us what the outcome is. lmao

I'm wondering how he is blaming the Dems for what is happening in Congress when they aren't in control of it. Then, he comes back w/some BS about the truth hurts.

I asked a question and never blamed the Dems for anything re-read my post so you are saying that you believe that an elected official a U.S Senator or a Congressperson should not do anything in their capacity to work for the betterment of the things I mentioned while drawing a fat paycheck with great health insurance just because they are not in power so be it and I respect your opinion.

Man the real truth rattles you guys don't it? LMFAO The problem with message boards is that when you post something, it sticks around until you remove it... as in the following quote of yours from the previous page So when are Dems gonna start doing their jobs like, the economy, unemployment ,health care, protecting SS, education poverty amongst minorities, fair taxes, instead they are to busy chasing Russian ghosts cause that all they can or have to do cause according to some Gruber voters thats good enough
#1292750 - 07/24/17 11:39 AM Re: America rolls on...to the grave [Re: Swish] Your words, not mine. For what it's worth, it sure sounds like your blaming the Dems just like Trump and the Republicans are doing. The other day, Trump wanted to know when they were going to investigate Hillary Clinton for her ties to Russia. You know, that's the dumbest thing he can really say. 1st, if he has information that would lead people to investigate Hillary Clinton, he should share it with the FBI. Then Shut up about it. 2nd, If he doesn't have information like that, all he's doing is trying to deflect from his own troubles. Timeline of all those that are being investigated in the Russia thing: 1. We didn't have meetings with Russians 2. Ok, may have had meetings with Russians 3. Ok, WE DID have meetings with Russians but they were about nothing. 4. Ok, We did have meetings, we were told they were about Dirt on Hillary but it turned out not to be, 5. OK, we had meeings with the Russians but why aren't you investigating Hillary Clinton for her Russian connections. I know it's not exact.. I'm having a little fun there, but the problem is, it's basically correct. And that's what causes investigators to dig deeper. Drip Drip Drip. Information leaks out, Trump and his minions and supporters blame the Leakers. Investigators go after Trump for for Russia, he want's to know why they don't go after Hillary. His press secretary tells one story, he tweets another putting his man in a box. (ever notice how often he throws his own people under a bus) Jeff Sessions recuses himself for essentially lying on his SF form saying he had no meetings with Russians, but then it's found that he did (but it was a meaningless meeting LOL) and Trump beats him up about it last wednesday in the NY Times Interview. (why did he interview with the "Failing NY Times anyway) Again, throwing another guy under the bus. Trump has always said he wanted to be unpredictable, but I don't think anyone thought this is what he meant. As it turns out, he's totally predictable. He's a joke

yes, he stated that hillary should blame herself.
Schumer didn't say anything about there not being evidence that russia colluded, or that trump was or wasn't involved.
two separate issues. “After 1 year of investigation with Zero evidence being found, Chuck Schumer just stated that ‘Democrats should blame ourselves, not Russia,'” he wrote. FYI, it took almost 2 years to nail Nixon.. Stay tuned. It ain't over yet.

Iso you are saying that you believe that an elected official a U.S Senator or a Congressperson should not do anything in their capacity to work for the betterment of the things I mentioned Excuse me but the the Democrats have been locked out of the GOP's little pow wows on everything. The GOP still can't get anything onto to the desk of the oval office with healthcare taxes or a budget. And now the GOP law makers are told not to go on summer vacation until they do their jobs. It's your baby GOP! Better get to work slackers!

I agree with you and Vers. I'm wholeheartedly betting that the majority changes (in both houses) come 2018. I still expect an unfettered disaster to unfold, with just a shift in finger pointing.

Mueller probe: Meet the lawyers who gave $$ to Hillary, now investigating team TrumpHere’s a snapshot of some of the attorneys on Mueller’s team and their political contributions: James Quarles Quarles is a former partner at WilmerHale and former assistant special prosecutor for the Watergate Special Prosecution Force. According to data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics, Quarles had made significant donations to Democratic candidates, including former President Barack Obama and Clinton. Most recently, in October 2016, Quarles donated $2,700 to Clinton’s presidential campaign. Quarles also donated over $7,000 to Obama over the last decade. Quarles did, however, donate $2,500 to former Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, in 2015. Jeannie Rhee Rhee is a former partner at WilmerHale who also served in the Office of Legal Counsel and as an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. At WilmerHale, Rhee focused on representing people in government investigations including white-collar criminal probes and criminal and civil fraud matters. Rhee donated a total of $5,400 to Clinton, combining donations from 2015 and 2016. Rhee also donated a combined $4,800 to Obama in 2008 and 2011. Rhee also has contributed smaller amounts of money to the Democratic National Committee and other Democrats running for Congress. Andrew Weissmann Weissmann served as general counsel at the FBI and was an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Weissmann is a veteran Justice Department prosecutor. He was the deputy, and then leader, of the department’s task force that investigated and prosecuted Enron executives in the energy giant’s collapse. Weissmann donated a combined $2,300 to Obama’s campaign in 2008. In 2006, Weissmann contributed at least $2,000 to the DNC. Andrew Goldstein Goldstein is an attorney on detail from the Southern District of New York, where he had worked under U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara—until Bharara was fired along with other U.S. attorneys by Trump. Goldstein’s old boss has become a prominent Trump critic since his firing and has been particularly outspoken over concerns that Trump may be gearing up to get Mueller fired. In a tweetstorm last week, Bharara openly wondered, “If Mueller is fired, how much obscene & horses-t character assassination will Trump & allies level against this honored military vet?” He added if that happens, “do Trump & allies realize he will forever appear guilty of a crime even if the Special Counsel may not have found one?” Bharara also praised Goldstein as “Best of best in every way. Fair, tough smart,” after he was brought on by Mueller. Preet Bharara, the former chief federal prosecutor in Manhattan, with Andrew D. Goldstein in 2016. Mr. Goldstein will join Mr. Mueller’s team after having led the public corruption unit for about a year. Manhattan Prosecutor Joins Inquiry Into Russian Meddling in Election Elizabeth Prelogar Prelogar is an appellate attorney on detail from the Office of the Solicitor General. Prelogar donated $250 to Clinton in 2016 and $250 to Obama in 2012. Brandon Van Grack Van Grack is an attorney on detail from the National Security Division of the DOJ. Van Grack donated $286 to Obama in 2008. Rush Atkinson Atkinson is an attorney on detail from the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section of the DOJ. Records show that Atkinson donated $200 to Clinton’s campaign in 2016. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/07/...team-trump.html

Never mind. You either edited it or I saw "disagree" instead of "agree." LOL
But anyway, I wasn't taking a side. My intent was to point out that it isn't productive to insult and mock the other side in the political debate.

Not really sure what you are disagreeing with. My point was that insulting and mocking others is not productive. I was not taking a side. I said I agreed with you.

My apologies, sir. No worries, man. Basically, I was agreeing with your point about mocking and insulting. It's become business as usual with politics, unfortunately. We The People are more focused on anger and fear than we are on coming together to find real solutions to real problems, and seeing the majority of politicians on both sides for who they really are.

Good points. I completely agree. Not sure why I thought you said "disagree" rather than "agree." I suppose it could be a case of classical conditioning after reading the replies from so many other posters.

Speaking of presidents making stupid comments: Trump jokingly threatens to fire Price if health vote fails Associated Press https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-speak-thousands-scouts-w-va-summit-173015731--politics.htmlGLEN JEAN, W.Va. (AP) — President Donald Trump on Monday jokingly threatened during a speech to thousands of Boy Scouts to fire his health secretary if a crucial vote to repeal "Obamacare" fails. During a speech unlike any most of the crowd had heard at a Scout function before, Trump mixed a traditional message to Scouts of encouragement about loyalty, service to others and never giving up, with mentions of fake news, former President Barack Obama, a replay of how Trump won the election, fake polls, and how Washington is a swamp, or even worse "a cesspool or sewer." Some in the crowd broke into chants of "USA, USA." Trump told more than 40,000 Boy Scouts, leaders and volunteers at a national gathering in West Virginia that Secretary of Health and Human Services Tom Price "better get" the votes to begin debate on health care legislation Tuesday, lest Trump repeat his tagline from "The Apprentice," the reality show he once starred in. "Hopefully he's going to get the votes tomorrow to start our path toward killing this horrible thing known as Obamacare," Trump said, before turning to Price. "By the way, you gonna get the votes? He better get 'em," Trump said, adding: "Otherwise, I'll say: Tom, you're fired." The comment drew laughs from the crowd and Trump gave Price a friendly pat on the shoulder, suggesting he'd been joking. White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she'd taken the comment that way as well. Trump spoke at the National Scout Jamboree, and told them early: "Who the hell wants to speak about politics in front of Boy Scouts?" But he couldn't help himself as he shifted to themes in his typical stump speech from campaign days, with occasional references to scouting. It was clear that politics was very much on his mind. Earlier he had earlier urged Republicans to make good on their promise to repeal and replace Obama's signature health care bill, tweeting that, "Republicans have a last chance to do the right thing on Repeal & Replace after years of talking & campaigning on it." Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell planned to call a vote Tuesday to begin debate on the legislation, though the outcome of the crucial roll call seemed an uphill climb. Trump also singled out West Virginia Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, who has expressed reservations about the Republican health care bill. "You better get Sen. Capito to vote for it," he told Price, adding: "You gotta get the other senators to vote for it. It's time." Later, as he recited parts of the Scout oath, he paused at the word "loyalty." "We could use some more loyalty, I'll tell you that," he mused. Trump is the eighth president to attend the National Scout Jamboree, which is typically held every four years. Obama did not attend during his two terms, although he addressed a 100th anniversary event in 2010 by video. Each U.S. president serves as honorary president of the Boy Scouts of America, and the organization said in a statement that it does not promote any political candidate or philosophy. Trump said that 10 members of his Cabinet were Scouts, including Vice President Mike Pence. The president introduced to the stage Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, a former Scout who dressed in uniform, and also brought out Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Price. "Tonight we put aside all of the policy fights in Washington, D.C., you've been hearing about with the fake news and all that," he said. He said he would instead focus on inspiring the Scouts. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson spoke to the group on Friday. The organization is honoring Tillerson, an Eagle Scout himself, with the development of the Rex W. Tillerson Leadership Center at the West Virginia summit site. _______ We go on rants in front of Boy Scouts now?

6 months in, and we have record firings, defections, leakage sabotage, and ship-jumping. Record amounts. 6 months in, and we have a presidential administration clocking the lowest public approval ratings since such numbers were tallied. In record time. 6 months in, and THIS is our most recent situation: * Sessions on the chopping block. * Tillerson contemplating quitting: "I'm not being allowed to do my job" * "The president would like the leaking to stop about getting rid of McMaster," (source)* One of Scaramucci's first public comments about the West Wing he's inheriting: "Senior people have gone to the comms people and said, leak this or leak that on this person or that person" (source) Damn. Dude's running the White House like he's a Browns owner. Maybe that's why so many Dawgtalkers voted for him. He just felt- somehow 'familiar.' Look at the current admin's optics so far: constant drama, turmoil, back-stabbing and pathological dysfunction. This is Browns history since Art Modell took ownership and fired Paul Brown. Classic. And it's the only reality most Browns fans have ever known. Donald Trump is the Art Modell of modern politics.

I called my senator, Lisa Murkowski, to voice displeasure on today's vote. She's one GOP senator who refuses to vote on party lines.
Hopefully she sticks to her guns.

Hopefully she sticks to her guns. Got my fingers crossed Isn't today's vote more or less a vote on if they should hold hearings? I mean, if that's the case, It might be a good thing to hold hearings. Get it all out in the open. Some good may come of it.

Yes, he told the kids to never give up in the face of adversity. Never quit, even when things aren't going your way. How he continued to fight and adjust throughout the campaign until he was victorious, achieving his goals as everyone said he would lose. You would probably prefer he tell the kids to retreat to a safe speech zone and curl up in the fetal position. We have enough of those today.

MAKE AMERICA HATE AGAIN. HE'S SICKENING. Instead of being an inspiration to children, he's teaching them to hate and lie.. But I guess that's ok for you..

Wow, all caps.
You should retreat to a safe space for a while and curl up.

Wow, all caps.
You should retreat to a safe space for a while and curl up. That's the spirit 40...Lead us to the showers and the ovens.

I know that a speech about standing your ground, never quitting or giving up, and strength in the face of adversity is not something they are used to hearing in a speech from our leaders. It is a far cry from the usual speech of "Gay is OK" and "We live in a Transsexual Paradise", but it was good for the kids to hear.
After all, once they get to College they will no longer be allowed to hear different points of view.
