AND if Mueller's investigation leads him to the left or to the CLintons, then they should go down too. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if they all go down. Bill just loves it when women go down around him

Forget it. He says they are not investigating Lynch for obstruction and then I Prove it with reports of the actual investigation so he says news articles are not discussions or proof. Even though they show the actual meetings in the links. He is Trolling, nothing more. The thing about most liberals are they do not think for their selves. They watch the news, repeat the talking points. Never take the time to really analyze what they are talking about. Mindless robots!!! Awesome post. Even more awesome is what liberals sound like. https://youtu.be/nlYlNF30bVg Another awesome post.... that demonstrates an inability to debate a topic but a willingness to lump everyone that disagrees with you into one bucket and snicker.

The "Evidence" and "Proof" are pouring in! Just in case you wanted to have a real discussion about something. You posted an article stating there was in investigation - and then this. I asked for what evidence and proof ... since the only thing you had was an article. There is no evidence. There is no Proof. I then pointed out the hypocrisy of thinking an investigation being announced equals proof of anything while denying the Trump investigation was warranted despite all the things that stink regarding their ties and repeated lies on contacts with Russia. I also said that in regarding what Comey said in his testimony about 'investigation' and calling it a 'matter' was relating to what he said to the media. I also said I wanted any investigation to go where it goes and if Dems are guilty be it Wasserman or Lynch then so be it. I also stated that I think based on what Comey said and Lynch's meeting with Bill that an investigation was appropriate. I've also highlighted your complete double standard of cherry picking which bits of Comey's testimony you want to give weight to. Comey undoubtedly laid out several issues with what Trump did and said - in addition to what he said about Lynch. You like one bit of evidence but poke fun at the other. After making these points - your response has been to deflect and pretend to answer points that I didn't make. Which is - as I keep saying - very funny.

Typical... Just distracting from Muellers investigation
If they can hang Shultz, fine with me but don't forget the investigation into Trump and his cronies

Wassermann should be arrested prosecuted and locked up if the FBI investigation proves wrong doing. Call out the bloodhounds. Connect the dots. Find the fire. Lock the cell door behind her. This conspiracy stinks of corruption on the blue side of things. If the facts add up, I have no trouble seeing her azz in stir. Orange jumpsuits for all! So, Orange is the New Blue?

well, if they get a special counsel, have at it. and if they find something, lock her up.
but let's not act like this didn't only happened because of yet another colossal failure from the GOP.
the move reeks of desperation and searching for some sort of win and talking point to help re election come 2018.

As much fun as I have joking and poking around here... ...I actually HATE that things are as you describe.
Human nature transcends political party. We are all subject to the same temptations, failings and flaws. It is folly to believe that any one 'side' has a lock on morality, ethics, intellect and character, while the other 'side' is morally bankrupt, worthless, and an enemy of The Common Good.
There is enough greasiness and hypocrisy to go around. That's why you rarely (if ever) see me personally stand up and defend any one these idjits based on the news... because I don't know a single one of them personally- and the news isn't The Whole Truth.
Team Red- lock'em up. Team Blue- cha-claaaang.
Any and all of them.

Any and all of them. When I say our side, I mean the citizenry against the electorate. Not red citizens vs blue citizens. We're not getting our 'votes' worth out of these people at all. I was reading a passage in the Bible the other day in Matthew I think where Jesus was warning those who were there that day that they should not emulate the Pharisees because as he said, 'they bind heavy burdens, and grievous to be borne, but THEY WILL NOT LIFT ONE OF THEM WITH ONE OF THEIR FINGERS'. Sound like Congress to you?

Top Republican congressman calls for Mueller to resign as special counselA senior Arizona congressman is calling on Robert Mueller, special counsel for the Justice Department’s investigation into Russia’s election meddling, to resign. Rep. Trent Franks, a Republican who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, said in a statement Tuesday that Mueller is in violation of the law that prohibits Mueller from serving as a special counsel if he has a conflict of interest. Mueller and former FBI Director James Comey have been longtime allies dating back to 2003 when the men both worked in Washington, Mueller as the FBI Director and Comey as Deputy Attorney General. Franks cited the pair’s relationship as a reason for Mueller to be disqualified from the probe. “Bob Mueller is in clear violation of federal code and must resign to maintain the integrity of the investigation into alleged Russian ties,” Franks said. “Those who worked under them have attested he and Jim Comey possess a close friendship, and they have delivered on-the-record statements effusing praise of one another. President Trump had also called Mueller’s relationship with Comey “bothersome.” Franks also cited reports that Mueller hired at least three lawyers who have donated exclusive to Hillary Clinton as well as a bevy of other Democrats. “Until Mueller resigns, he will be in clear violation of the law, a reality that fundamentally undermines his role as Special Counsel and attending ability to execute the law,” Franks said. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/08/...al-counsel.html-A Democrat charade investigating a baseless accusation at our expense.

Got news for ya 40... Mueller isn't going to resign. Mueller and Comey have no ties that makes this a conflict of interest, none. Just because they know each other this isn't a conflict of interest. Trumpster's should be worried about Kelly and Comey more than Mueller and Comey. They are very close buddies. Word is they met and colluded on how to move forward when Comey was fired. I'm betting the General isn't going to play well with the Trumpster's. He may be the main leak. As the Drip....Drip....Drip continues. As for the congressman from Arizona he now has a conflict of interest with the Congressional Russian investigations by suggesting Mueller resign with no clear proof of a conflict of interest. He should recuse himself of any part of future investigations into the matter.

Wasserman Schultz under pressure to testify on ex-IT aide; complaint filedDemocratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is coming under mounting pressure to explain why she kept an IT aide on the payroll for months after a criminal investigation was revealed, facing calls from Republicans to testify as well as a newly filed ethics complaint. Wasserman Schultz, the Florida congresswoman who led the Democratic National Committee until last year, terminated Imran Awan’s “part-time” employment last week, when he was arrested at Dulles International Airport trying to fly to Pakistan. He was charged with a bank fraud count. But he and other former IT aides for House Democrats have been on investigators’ radar screen for months over concerns about possible double-billing, alleged equipment theft and access to sensitive computer systems. Most lawmakers fired Awan in March, but Schultz kept him on, though he was barred from the House IT network. "I think she should testify,” Republican Party Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel told conservative radio host Dana Loesch on Monday. “If I had a staff member, an IT staff member, who had access to all of our data and all of our infrastructure and he had come under investigation … you better believe I would be cooperating.” http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/08/...aint-filed.htmlLock her up!

Ten shocking things we know right now about Democrats' big IT scandalFeds arrest Debbie Wasserman Schultz's former IT staffer An IT scandal involving perhaps dozens of Democrats in Congress is advancing so fast that it can be hard to keep up with the details – especially given that so much of the media is ignoring or downplaying the story. The story exploded last week when congressional IT staffer Imran Awan was arrested at Dulles International Airport outside Washington as he was about to fly to Pakistan. Awan, who was employed by Rep. Debbie Wasserman Shultz (D-Fla.), was charged with bank fraud and has pleaded not guilty. But the story only begins with alleged bank fraud. Here are 10 shocking things we know right now about the scandal.1. Awan was arrested after wiring $283,000 from the Congressional Federal Credit Union to Pakistan. Officials charged him with defrauding the credit union of $165,000 by lying on a home equity loan application. 2. Awan worked as an IT staffer for Wasserman Schultz, who is a former chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi – who left for Pakistan earlier this year with their children –was one of several Awan relatives who were on the payroll of Democrats as IT professionals in the House. Together, they were paid about $4 million in taxpayer funds since 2009. 3. Awan is a Pakistani-born U.S. citizen. He had access to emails and files of many Democrats in Congress. He even had the password to the iPad that Wasserman Schultz used for DNC business until she resigned from the DNC in July 2016. 4. In a public hearing in May, Wasserman Schultz actually badgered the chief of the U.S. Capitol Police about computer equipment scooped up in the investigation of Awan and his relatives. The Daily Caller reports that Wasserman Schultz told the chief: “I think you’re violating the rules” for keeping the computer equipment as part of the Awan investigation. She also told the chief to “expect there will be consequences” for “conduct[ing] your business that way.” Still, Wasserman Schultz kept Awan on her staff until he was arrested – even though his access to the congressional computer system was revoked in February. 5. As the news broke of Awan’s arrest, the law firm representing him – Gowen Rhoades Winograd & Silva – criticized his accusers. One statement from the law firm says: “The attacks on Mr. Awan and his family began as part of a frenzy of anti-Muslim bigotry in the literal heart of our democracy, the House of Representatives. For months we have had utterly unsupported, outlandish, and slanderous statements targeting Mr. Awan coming not just from the ultra-right-wing “pizzagate” media but from sitting members of congress. Now we have the Justice Department showing up with a complaint about disclosures on a modest real estate matter.” 6. Wasserman Schultz has been avoiding the media, but her office responded to questions from the media with a statement: “After details of the investigation were reviewed with us, my office was provided no evidence to indicate that laws had been broken, which over time, raised troubling concerns about due process, fair treatment and potential ethnic and religious profiling. Upon learning of his arrest, he was terminated.” 7. Though both Wasserman Schultz and Awan’s attorneys are trying to disparage those chasing this story as being guilty of “anti-Muslim bigotry,” the FBI actually seized smashed hard drives from Awan’s home. Also, investigators say Awan and others might have stolen computer equipment from members’ offices and might have done illegal things on the House IT network. 8. Awan also allegedly funneled sensitive congressional data offsite in what some are calling a massive cyber-security breach. 9. This investigation has been ongoing since last February; however, even before Capitol Police began their investigation of Imran Awan and his relatives – including his brothers Abid and Jamal and their wives – there were a lot of red flags that should have alerted Capitol Police. Jamal Awan, for example, had an annual salary of $157,000, or about three times what the average IT staff member was paid in the House, according to InsideGov. Meanwhile, Abid Awan had a salary of $161,000 and Imran Awan was being paid $165,000. 10. Recently Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.), who is member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, discussed the scandal on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Fox News. He asked: “Why were these people paid what they were paid – $4 million over a number of years?” He added that “in my office we spend about $1,500 a month for IT support (from contactors). But then they had access to the files of members of Congress who were serving on key committees.” http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2017/08/0...it-scandal.html

Republicans dig deeper after Postal Service cited for workers' Clinton campaign aidRepublican lawmakers are casting a wider net in their search for wrongdoing at federal agencies in past election cycles, after learning the Postal Service violated the law by allowing employees to do union-funded work for Hillary Clinton’s campaign while on leave. The lawmakers blasted out letters on Monday to 10 other federal government agencies questioning their unpaid leave policy for union-related political work. Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., led the charge on the review of agencies’ practices after spurring an investigation by the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) beginning in October 2016. That inquiry revealed that the USPS violated federal law by letting employees perform union-funded work for Clinton’s campaign and other Democratic candidates while on leave from the agency. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/08/...mpaign-aid.html

Aren't unions allowed to back candidates? Or is this just because they are government workers? I'm not doubting the issue here I just don't quite understand what it is.

"The USPS granted employees union leave time off, at the request of the union, to do political activity -- which OSC concluded was a "systematic violation" of a law regarding the political activity of federal employees."
No wonder the USPS loses millions every year. Shut their doors and be done with them. Same with the IRS...nobody pays taxes anymore including the president.
