1. Good start for Larry and we can only ASSume he will get better this season.

As for our Running game and the OL.
I'd like to remind all this was the first game we had this OL play together all YEAR. It takes time for an OL to play like a glove and not 5 fingers. Just look at the KIZER highlight film on one of these threads (probably the Kizer one crazy ) How well Joe T and Bitonio played together they knew what the other was doing before they did it. It was a work of art!

I am obviously biased, but I want to explain that the bolded party is why I am biased. That is Larry's m.o. Watched him do it for four years. Don't expect him to stop now.

Dang, that play is pretty impressive, but it looks like the center wasn't really trying to block him?

Yup, that's the play of his that comes across my mind the most last week.

Larry is definitely showing up

impressive play there

Coley was a nice surprise in TC but I want to see more Ogunjobi moving forward.

Week One- 17 snaps
Week Two- 18 snaps

Ogunjobi has been absolutely amazing his first few weeks. He has a lot of talent and has bullied some of the best interior linemen in the NFL.

He might kill Joe Mixon next week.

I assume the ones played on the field?

He has had several plays in the first few games where drives his man back 5+ yards to stop a runner. For a young guy who is still learning his technique, thats exciting to me.

Okay. I thought he had one of the lowest rankings of anyone last week against Baltimore? Maybe I'm mistaken.

I didn't think he did much today. I saw one good play, but that was about it. But, then again..........it's kinda hard to tell on TV anymore because they cut away so fast, so I might be mistaken.

I noticed one play by Larry this week. And I saw god play vs Baltimore last week.

But I will say, CBS is subpar from Fox in-terms of the quality of coverage of the football games.

I never really noticed the difference until lately. I don't mind the announcers, but the way it's filmed. The camera-men. The replays of stuff that doesn't matter (and lack of replays of stuff that doesn't)

So I disagree on Larry, but I agree on TV. CBS has sucked this year (except for Star Trek, which was great last night)

Yes I have been pleased with the IMPACT provided by LG...I think we use him when possibly the O is trying to catch their breath and he just overpowers.

I like the kid so far and think he's over achieving from my expectations.

nice clip of him

he's had some nice plays thus far and is promising. I do wish our front 4 could get more constant pressure. Of course Garrett would help, at least I hope.

Ogunjobi and Devalve are good surprises...

Ogunjobi pops up a few times every game. I don't know why he doesn't play more. Maybe he's not consistent enough or not in good enough shape or doesn't know the plays, I don't know.

I'd love it if one of you hot shot tech wizards with tons of black magic could make a YouTube video or something of all Larrys' snaps. When I dial in on him, he looks good but I'm missing a lot of his play.

I would bet good money that it is not this ......

He is a physical beast.

If he's not in good enough shape, then no one is. LOL

I suspect that it is the rotation, and down/distance packages.

Thanks Nineradvocate. Ogunjobi is my top favorite pick from the '17 Draft. Myles has yet to prove himself while Larry shines. I love everything about the guy and his story. I don't buy jersey's and even if I did it would probably be somebody like Kosar or Sipe who will always be Browns and who I grew up with. But, if I did buy a new player jersey it would hands down be Larry's and I would proudly wear it.

Ogunjobi, so far, has been a great player. Hopefully, he continues to pay dividends and can get healthy. That said, Trevon Coley has filled in nicely in his stead. In fact, this overall d-line depth has been well developed these past two offseasons:

Ogbah, Nassib, Garrett, Ogunjobi, Coley, Brantley. Not too mention the carry overs from the last regime. It's a more than solid group.

Those are pretty impressive video clips, but I'll be the wet blanket and remind that those are the Baltimore and Indy O-lines, respectively. Baltimore has been decimated by injuries, and Indy is just plain bad.

I'm super happy for Ogunjobi... I love the guy... but let's keep expectations in check.

He was okay at times. Good on some plays and bad on others.

Our DLine got almost zero pressure on the QB. They are very overrated by most on this board. Heck, last year during preseason, I remember reading how we might have the best DL in the league and others said top 3 or top 5. LOL

I think Ogunjobi did pretty good for a rookie and he looks to have a future as a rotational interior D-lineman in this league, but I think all of the sarcasm by the usual folks is misguided. What's new?
