Yeah that's where I draw the line. If rocket man detonates an H-Bomb in the Pacific, test or not, that's an act of war. Rut Row again!

I say we do not retaliate until they actually Nuke someone. I am torn tho on if they Nuke one of our Liberal Sanctuary Cities. They have kinda opted out of our Nation. But if they hit Guam, Japan, South Korea or one of our loyal American cities, It is on!

Then add wind and weather prevailing westerly towards the USA. So yeah IMO detonating a H-Bomb in the atmosphere anywhere is an act of war.

Nonsense. We used to detonate Nukes all the time in the 50's. In Nevada and New Mexico, above ground.
We are all still here.
The nuclear weapons tests of the United States were performed between 1945 and 1992 as part of the nuclear arms race. The United States conducted around 1,054 nuclear tests by official count, including 216 atmospheric, underwater, and space tests.[1] Most of the tests took place at the Nevada Test Site (NNSS/NTS) and the Pacific Proving Grounds in the Marshall Islands and off Kiribati Island in the Pacific, plus three in the Atlantic Ocean. Ten other tests took place at various locations in the United States, including Alaska, Nevada other than the NNSS/NTS, Colorado, Mississippi, and New Mexico.

The trash talk going on between trump and fat boy reminds me of the 9 year olds talking trash on Call of Duty.
A bunch of lame tough talk knowing each other isn't really gonna do anything.

You're ok with them nuking a US city if that city doesn't agree with your politics?

Do you hear what you're saying? Are you ok? Perhaps you are worried about the Sanctuary Cities? They have opted out of the Union by disobeying Federal Law, allowing illegal immigration and protecting foreign criminals while ignoring American Citizens. They have basically Succeeded from the Union. Many on here from the Left have said those States that Succeeded leading up to the Civil War were Traitors. So, are you now saying you would have supported the South during the Civil War and somehow those States were right?

Why would I possibly do that?
They are traitors. And where is this coming from anyway? You realize my "pretty much" comment came from your comment about Vers and myself. Not your post above mine. I naturally disagree with you on that.

Nonsense. We used to detonate Nukes all the time in the 50's. In Nevada and New Mexico, above ground. We are all still here. Not all. The mushroom clouds from the 100 atmospheric tests could be seen for almost 100 mi (160 km). The city of Las Vegas experienced noticeable seismic effects, and the distant mushroom clouds, which could be seen from the downtown hotels, became tourist attractions. St. George, Utah, received the brunt of the fallout of above-ground nuclear testing in the Yucca Flats/Nevada Test Site. Winds routinely carried the fallout of these tests directly through St. George and southern Utah. Marked increases in cancers, such as leukemia, lymphoma, thyroid cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, bone cancer, brain tumors, and gastrointestinal tract cancers, were reported from the mid-1950s through 1980. Not to mention A hydrogen bomb, also called a thermonuclear bomb or an H-bomb, uses a second stage of reactions to magnify the force of an atomic explosion. So there's that.

1. It's seceding, not succeeding.
2. They are choosing not to follow a law. Are you seceding from the union every time you choose to speed, roll through a stop sign, etc?
You're lowering the value of a human life just because they don't agree with your politics... not to mention the fact that not everyone in CA is a hippy.

To be fair, if I speed and blow by a stop sign in front of a cop I get a ticket. Crime = Punishment. Those states are not upholding said laws of immigration, your comparison does not equate.

They are choosing not to follow a law. Are you seceding from the union every time you choose to speed, roll through a stop sign, etc? Choosing not to follow the law is called Disobeying the Law. When you choose to speed, are you doing that at the local, state or federal government level? Are you instituting legislation to allow you to speed? This is a much bigger issue than that. Stop trying to downplay the severity of Sanctuary States and Cities. They are defying Federal Law and the Constitution which is tantamount to Seceding from the Union. They disregard the Rights and needs of the Constitutionally protected American Citizens under their care. If the Confederate States were Traitors for disobeying the Union, the Secessionist Sanctuary States must also be labeled as Traitors.

When they have their own president, their own military and actually create letters of succession, get back to me.
Until then you're just blowing hot air as usual to try to make a situation fit your agenda.
And I guess according to you any state that has medical marijuana falls under your guidelines?

I know you like to hurl insults like a 9th Grader so let me ignore that and remind you of this...
When African American students attempted to desegregate the University of Alabama in June 1963, Alabama’s new governor, flanked by state troopers, literally blocked the door of the enrollment office.
On June 10, 1963, President John F. Kennedy federalized National Guard troops and deployed them to the University of Alabama to force its desegregation. The next day, Governor Wallace yielded to the federal pressure, and two African American students–Vivian Malone and James A. Hood–successfully enrolled. In September of the same year, Wallace again attempted to block the desegregation of an Alabama public school–this time Tuskegee High School in Huntsville–but President Kennedy once again employed his executive authority and federalized National Guard troops. Wallace had little choice but to yield.
-Why would you think the very same response by the Federal Government today should be any different?

I'm weighing the value of human life accordingly with partisan bickering. Human life comes out higher. If you call that downplaying the issue of Sanctuary Cities, then that says more about you than anything.
Let me go at this from a different direction. There are way more conservative (and even Republican) voters in CA than you would think. Obviously, there are far more liberals; but you would be very surprised if you walked around parts of Southern California (Orange County and San Diego county, and outlying areas). California is responsible for a ton of agriculture, manufacturing, R&D, etc. CA is on its own, like the 8th largest economy in the world, or something crazy like that?
BUT
because a handful of the looney-tunes that run this state pass laws that you don't agree with, it's fine that EVERYONE dies. I guess that it's good for me to know where the value of my life stands with you... again, all because of the morons that run the state where I live.

Anyone that wants to come? Give me a number? You see, this all about open borders to the left. What do you think would happen to the hard-working AMERICANS if 200 million people showed up wanting to come in to the states? What do you think would happen to our economy, housing market, educational system, etc? Those things may be bad now, but we put numbers and limits on things for a reason. If we let anyone just "come on it" we will not survive as a country, and then the 15 or million immigrants that are here now, are stuck in the same situation they tried to leave. -- that's my sant city rant now to get back on topic... I think 40 was being more of a poke the bear kind of guy about the nuke comment, any attack on any state will and should be dealt with. And until such states secede from the union, they are part of the USA. Idiotic policies they carry or now.

I will say that all Conservatives who live in California have two options... March on those crazy legislators and drag them into the streets or move out of California because you are paying your tax dollars to looneys, thus supporting their lunacy.

I didn't say anything about open borders. Since you're asking, I think we should simplify the process to legally migrate here, and then enforce the hell out of the laws that we have on the books. Laws are made to be enforced, not ignored. But if the laws need improved, or just outright don't make sense, they need to be changed.
But that's not what we're talking about. We're talking about 40 thinking it's ok for our enemy to attack and kill a whole bunch of people from the entire political spectrum (most of which would not be illegal aliens as there are far more citizens and law-abiding people than non-law abiding folks) for the sole reason that he (rightly) disagrees with the policies of the capital.

Certainly better than paying taxes in a failed state such as Kansas.
Oh wait, they don't pay taxes there. That's why they are a failed state.

You should go back and read that thread - I did not say that.
I said it takes 5 years for a PRA (3 if they are married to a US citizen). Never did I say anything about cost.....
Even with the guidelines we have, we are still the easiest country to get into to. Again read the thread, and I explained why my friend had his child in Mexico, because its much easier to get citizenship here than mexico.

You're correct... you did not say that. My bad.
You are also correct when you say it's harder to gain citizenship in Mexico than it is in the US (but I wasn't arguing with you on that point). What I was arguing is that I still think it's more difficult and expensive for the right person to gain US citizenship than it should be. A good buddy of mine that I used to work with is a phenomenal engineer, great dude... took him forever (6+ years) to gain his citizenship... and that was with the backing of the very large medical device company that we worked for.
For someone who is already working in the US (and crushing it) and who is an upstanding person who is following the law, there should be a red-tape bulldozer plowing the way for them to stay here.

That's easier said than done, you are forgetting we allow more people in than anyone else as well. That is a lot of people and a lot time to go through all those people. There are millions trying to come in, and only thousands to process the work to do so.

And you can look to the left for making it harder, as they have opposed e-verify which would help the process.
