Some of the coolest shhht you've ever seen was just getting started when DET was filing bankruptcy. They pushed ahead, despite what was happening in the headlines. These arts/enterprise zones are expanding, and pushing back against blight. Entire neighborhoods are growing outward from these central seeds. Green spaces, beltways and community gardens are beginning to connect these previously isolated neighborhoods. The phenomena has been expanding.
