Poor Courtney Garrett
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

When you rush players into play, bad things happen...
We are playing for nothing, so let the kid heal, get into condition and then play him.

Indeed. Wilhelm definitely meets the qualifications of a bozo. Poster also get upset sometimes when I call them Bozo's but if they can put in perspective. I'm not really calling Wilhelm a Bozo my Bozo reaction is to the thought process and writings/quotes made. Its like an Ohio State sticker on the helmets...Wilhelm gets a Bozo sticker for his helmet...lol

Thanks for the information Diam. When I played football it was smelling salts and can you count how many fingers I'm holding up. If you knew who the president was you were good to go back in the game. lol
I had just never heard of the symptoms showing up two days later. Maybe it's simply not as uncommon as I thought it was. Thanks again.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

No problem bro ....
Read yesterday same thing happend to Buster Skrine ...
*LOL* ... when i was 12 i was playing SS and the tallest dude in the league was going from 2nd to 3rd on a ground ball ... i charged (i charged EVERYTHING ... *L*) and his knee met my head ...
They told me i finished the inning ... got back to the bench ... had NO CLUE about anything ... asked the guys the score like once per minute ... *L* ..
They didn’t let me play anymore ... i didn’t remember anything about the game the next day ...
My mother then took me to the hospital .. things have changed a bit ... for the better i might add .. *L* ...

Absolutely no rush to get him back. Let him heal properly. We will be lucky to win 1-game this season. No reason to even risk it with him. I hope he doesn't turn into another 1st round bust. Haven't we had enough of those around here?

Unlike Courtney Brown these injuries do not effect his career. They are serious but once healed he is good to go. Ankle/Concussion
The kid played the Edge well no doubt he got hit several times holding his ground out there...shame he got a concussion.
But nipped it in the bud and heal. As mentioned in 5 years ago nobody would think twice about it and have him play. Glad he said something and didn't try to hide it! jmho

MG is a very good player, but to me it was clear that he was struggling condition wise. Fitness is crucial to keep up the concentration levels and the intensity, if a player struggles he tends to get hurt. Let the kid heal, get back into form, and then play him.

With the ankle and etc, I doubt the kid has had much quality on the field practice and fitness time outside what rehab outlined/outlines for him.
MG is the least of my worries. Dude is unstoppable.

Sheesh, I cant wait to see what good condition and on his game is like The week and the bye week off will do him the world of good. Let him get his ankle right, his head straight, and some additional training and conditioning in. A beast like Myles can accomplish a lot in two weeks. Based on what I've already seen, I think he's going to finish the season in remarkably strong form. He'll have the Lions, Jags, Bengals, Chargers, Packers, Ravens, Bears and Steelers to finish. I wouldn't be shocked if he has 10/12 sacks over those final 8 games. His performance has made this season a lot easier to stomach.

I will not believe he isn't injury prone until he strings 32 games together.
To date, the kid is injury prone and his unavailability has been disappointing.
It doesn't matter how much he flashes if he can't stay on the field.
Btw, Wentz stays on the field. Dude is tough as nails. If the Browns had drafted Wentz there's a good chance they don't have Garrett. Sign me up for that any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
This isn't a bash Garrett post. The guy is unavailable. To date he has been an awful pick. The Browns need impact players. You cannot impact the game if you're not on the field.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...

I believe we getting to the point in this season where reality is beginning to set in for the fans and their disappoint is beginning to show.

Garrett has looked good when he's played, let's just hope this isn't going to be a pattern.

Already? Naahhhh... Hang in there mac. The Browns are really starting to show some solid progress. Hue and the players are preparing to strike like a cobra. Don't listen to these other posters. There's an excellent chance the Browns will win a game this year. Keep the faith.

We have lulled them to sleep and are about to run the table...

rocky..my post was "a comment" to Diam about rishus's post.
I'm good, deeply rooted in reality...this is a very young team that is going to need a season or two to mature and produce the kind of results some are expecting today, in their rookie season.

Injury prone??? Well they are not the type of injuries that will keep him off the field for a long time. Again in yesteryears he would play with this mild concussion. Also as far as contributing to the team he leads the team in Sacks...doubling the nearest player.
Kid is good. Injury prone means different things to different fans/posters.
For me it requires SURGERY and going on the IR to be considered Injury Prone. jmho

I agree. I don't think getting a concussion has anything to do w/being injury prone. There would be concern if he gets more than 2, but getting a concussion after having a high ankle sprain is not being injury prone.
Myles was a great pick at number one. You can never predict the future, but he was the right choice at that time.

The concussion is just bad luck ... lets hope for his sake he’s done with those .... he’s a real smart kid ... he’d prolly do the smart thing and choose to have a brain in 40 years as opposed to rack up in 7 or 8 concussions and not know how to get home when hes 55 .... its so sad what’s happened to guys like McMahaon and Dorsett ... The ankles worry me ... just like with Fournette ... they both had ankle injuries in college and now in the pro’s .... those could both be bad luck also ... lets hope so cause those are two young extremely talented football players ... i’d Hate for it to be “bad” ankles ... I’m not sure the term injury prone is all that meaningful today .... its such a violent game .. look at the all the injuries, year in and year out ... I think Washington may be playing only one of their starting OL this week ... Its just such a violent game today ... I’d bring up one of our FA acquisitions and how he’s faired so far this year but i don’t want to jinx it ....

And so what.. Who was here saying that his concussion was due to his shape? Bad things happens when you are out of shape, concentration loss, level of intensity, and that leads to injuries.

Myles Garret has only played in three games, total, yet he accounts for 25% of this teams' sacks and has almost as many tackles as Meder, Ogun, and Orchard.
We definitely need him back - and staying healthy!
Browns is the Browns
... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.
