I don't think anyone is giving the President credit for anything here, we are just looking forward to seeing the secret docs to see if there is anything new.

I heard President Trump spent all day Sunday reading the soon to be released Kennedy documents. General Kelly was walking by Trumps office when Kelly heard him say, "Holy Crap, Aliens! "I can't release this to the public!"

Kelly said Trump was so upset he turned pale as a tangerine!

Trump then yelled down the hall, "Mad Dog!"
To which the General replied, "WHAT"

Trump said never mind, not important. jeeze.

I don't have a link to the Nova documentary. I know there was an earlier documentary I saw as well that did a forensics investigation on the shooting itself and they came to the same conclusion. He could had made the shots within the timeframe, the bullets moved through the bodies as explained by the Warren commission and no bullets came from the grassy knoll.

I agree with the single shooter theory as well. Once they explained how Governor Connally was seated in a fold up jump seat and how that seat was positioned in the Lincoln it made the path of the round that exited Kennedy's neck and into the governor make sense.

Exactly, once you see where Gov Connally was sitting in the special jump seat of the Lincoln, the bullet trajectory makes sense. It didn't turn in midair as everyone mocks.

Everyone used to go on and on about the pristine bullet that was found on the stretcher lying next to Connally with no damage after having passed through everyone.

NOVA fired the rifle time and time again showing how the bullets would tumble once they hit something.

Sure enough, they showed the actual bullet and it looked perfect until they turned it lengthwise and you could see the bullet had flattened out.

I firmly believe that if there actually was anything of monumental importance in the JFK files, it was removed long ago.

There will be just enough little nuggets in there for people to focus on and write theories about for a few more decades so we are distracted from the fact that our current government has been screwing us for quite a long time.

How would he know?

The heads of Homeland Security, the NSA, CIA, FBI and such would come to him with concerns pertaining to its release.

Actually, he can't ask that they be released. They were scheduled to be released. ONLY the sitting President can stop it. His intent (while worded by him to make him sound important) is to not stand in the way of the planned release.

But hey, we're used to him being a donut hole.

He is allowing them to be opened. He could also not allow them to be opened.

Doesn't sound to me like he worded it to sound important but as President of the United States of America, HE IS IMPORTANT!

It sounds to me like they are scheduled for release and as President he can allow it or squash it.
He has decided to allow its release.
If anyone has concerns with this, let me know, otherwise it is being released.

Not that big of a deal but it is his responsibility to choose.
If people complain later, he says, "Where were you when I announced I was releasing it?"
If Intelligence or Law Enforcement say squash it because of "X", then he will report he had to squash it because of their concerns.

That after all is his job.

Just watched that movie on HBO... Pretty good flick.

I enjoyed it, and found it interesting as well.
