He'll be eligible to practice with the team beginning Nov. 20th.

I'm actually not too worried about the Nov 20th part. Maybe we can hit a sweet spot with him so that he doesn't accrue a season, but we can still get a good look at him over the last few games? It would suck for him to accrue that last season by playing the minimum amount of games, and the first 5 he was just getting into shape... know what I mean?
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
If your going to re-instate him do it now or don't bother you idiot.

There is a reason Jerry Jones is trying to get rid of him.
He might have done us a favor by making sure he doesn't end up in 6 games this year as this year won't count against his contract, thereby giving us more leverage for a longer term.

A little annoyed he can't play until at least November 27th. That means he will miss the Lions, Jaguars and Bengals. At best, he could play the final five games.
On the bright side, that gives him until December 3rd to get in shape and be ready to play.
It sounds like he has really earned this opportunity. He did everything right. Seems there is a lot of confidence that Josh can turn his life around - I hope for his sake, and for ours, that he's successful.
This time last year, I'd be saying cut him. But screw it....we need the talent and its not like there's much chemistry he can mess up. Most of the guys on the roster have never played with the guy so to them, he's a new face.
Furthermore, if he's able to regain his form, he finally gives us some kind of talent at receiver so we can truly evaluate Kizer and see what he does with some upgraded talent out there that can actually CATCH a pass.

We are reveling in highlights from 2013, a season in which we won four games, because a player who has been suspended three seasons got reinstated. Our team is the worst.
