40, your first few posts in this thread bestowed some degree of "honor and respect" to this "man" for taking his own life in the fashion that he did. There is no honor or respect to ending your own life (in public, private, or in a courtroom with millions watching) when that life was filled with raping women and children and heinous war crimes..

You can call others snowflakes, spin it, twist it, manipulate it, or accuse others of misquoting you... but it's pretty clear that every single person who has entered this thread, read it the same way...

You portayed a rapist and mass murderer in a positive light by calling him "tough" and the lie he told "cool" while calling the judges "sissy arses". Taken literally (as you demand),

I think the same thing applied here with 40 and the general. He saw this loudmouth coward bloviate before offing himself and thought "yeah, this guy is tough", because he doesn't understand what being tough or being a man is - he equates it with people who hide their cowardice behind raving cruelty.

You see it on FOX a lot to - these delirious oafs like that sheriff who wears fake medal decorations being treated like some kind of tough guy.

Even if you ignore his life leading up to his conviction, he's a coward. He took the coward's way out. He saw the consequences of his actions, and couldn't handle it.
