Has to be. As Browns fans we've seen really bad coaches come in and out of here, but this isn't that. It doesn't feel bad overall, but then everytime an important play comes up we do something that's soooo over the top bad, not just a "why would he call that?", but more like "even a child that's never heard of football before wouldn't call that." It's almost so over the top bad it has to be on purpose. Either that or Hue is the single worst coach in the history of the NFL. For sanity sake, I'm going to say it's on purpose lol
