Scrap it and start over. I respectfully disagree. How can you still think this after 18 years of that plan not working? We need to stick with the same people for 5 years and give them a chance to grow together. Sure they suck right now, but swapping will only make us suck another 3 years while rebuilding anyways. Might as well see if we have a chance with this regime. I would agree with this if Kizer was playing well, even if we were losing. I don't trust this FO and coaching staff to pick any more players.
