From a draft perspective. The Texans have 4 wins. We need that go unchanged. Other 4 win teams... Jets, Phins, Bucs 3 win teams...Broncs, Colts, Bears 2 win... Giants 1 win....49rs
San Fran v Chicago game I’ll root Bears. Though if the 9rs win it’ll give us a 1 game buffer in case we win one. Tampa over the Pack Tennessee over Houston Denver over Miami. Just to get them that 4th win. If the Phins win it won’t be bad either. Jets over KC Colts over Jax Giants over Oakland
Go Browns!! Go Draft!!

Watching the Skins game Thursday night. . . .
I've said I want Cousins for a long time. Watching him in the final drive before halftime - man, just back up the Brinks truck and give the guy whatever he wants. Make him the highest paid QB in the NFL if that is what it takes. Sign him - then use the 5 first picks to complete the team. I think we'd be damn near complete. Add a #1 WR (in addition to JG and Coleman!) a #1 CB to play alongside McCourty, Wilson and BBC - and a starting safety... I think we're an 8 win team, more depending on development of players like Shon Coleman, Njoku, MG / Ogbah. . . and of course injuries and health etc.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

I don't like to watch the Cowboys. Jason Garrett looks unsettling to look at, He's too young, Where's Tom Landry?
The team is a bunch of arrogant types. I was a cowboy fan when I was 2. I didn't know any better.

Dak looked good with the run game performing tonight.

If we had Elliott, Kizer would look better too.
Oh, and Bryant (Gordon is back though!!).
Prescott only threw for 102 yards but I'd take that stat line every week for a win.
The supposed notion that great running backs aren't a valuable commodity in the NFL, i.e. worth a high pick, is highly flawed IMHO. A back who can guarantee 4+ YPC and be a home run threat makes every one on offense better by loosening the defense up and opening up coverages.

I think Zeke is a special back in that he is not only an excellent runner, but he is an awesome receiver, and an elite blocker who can even excel at picking up the blitz. That is why I had him rated higher than any RB to come out in a long time.

Jimmy Smith, Raven Db. Out! Torn Achillies. (that's even worse than an "ACL Tear.")
( "It's Acile Tyree coach" ) still funny.

There is a lot to like about Jimmy Garapollo. Throws the ball great, fast reads. I think he going to be really really good.

Houston tied 10-10 on Tennessee, and momentum has swung back in favour of Tennessee heading in to the half. Hopefully they can get the lead and win it.
Bears are beating 49ers 14-9. Tarik Cohen had a crazy put return for a TD - ran literally 20 yards backwards before taking off. I loved him in the draft but thought he was too small and it wouldn't translate to the NFL. Man, was I wrong. Need the Bears to keep it up, but Jimmy G is playing pretty well minus his early interception, so they should stand a chance.
Miami is beating Denver (16-3) and the Jets are, stunningly, leading the Cheifs (21-17). If they hold on, along with the Bears, and Houston loses, that pick becomes tied 6th overall.

SF won against CHI with 5 field goals 15-14.So we can win today and still have the 1st pick.

JG looked good. Still very hard to accept that he is not a Brown.
Very accurate. Shows poise. Moves well. Quick release. Knows how to apply touch.
Damn I wanted Garoppolo.

Quite the difference. Well the Browns offense sure didn't have anything from the run game today. The offensive line was not the better group on the field today.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Some thoughts:
--Watched a ton of the SF vs Chicago game. JG is the real deal. So accurate. Quick release. Smart. Goes through progressions quickly. Their offensive talent sucks, but he looked good.
--Trub did not look so good. He looks like a little boy out there. He can run pretty good, though.
--Next watched game was Atl vs Minni. Minni's D is for real. Atl misses Shanny.
--Watched some of -- and all of the end--of the KC/Jets game. KC is so undisciplined. Multiple penalties inside the 10 at the end of the game. Peters throws the flag into the stands..........LOL.......leaves the field ..........comes back w/no socks and is talking to fans while the offense is trying to tie it. Wonder if Andy Reid will get fired. They have no discipline.
--Josh McCown is a warrior!
--Dirty play by Gronk. I only saw highlights. He should be suspended. If he was black, he would be. I hope he is suspended anyway. That was lame.
--New Orleans has reinvented themselves.
--Cam is so overrated.
--Didn't watch more than a few minutes of it, but what is up w/Denver? Man! Miami lays 35 on them.
--How does Detroit's coach still have a job? They actually have talent. That guy is a goof.

--How does Detroit's coach still have a job? They actually have talent. That guy is a goof. Spot. On. I thought Garrappolo looked awesome. Even the pick was a pretty good throw, but a better defensive play. His receivers were having career days. He has really benefited from sitting behind Brady. I think he learned how to stay calm in the pocket. JG just doesn't panic. Ever. Very Brady-like. The Browns could not be bothered to acquire JG. Fantastic! Not sure on Trub. His TD pass was nice, but that was about it. An offseason to decompress would be nice for him. Did wonders for Goff and Wentz. If Trub does come out next year and starts lighting it up, it will be another black mark on this FO. Garrett, to me, has been very underwhelming compared to my expectations for him. No position is more important than QB. None.

Man, that Shazier injury doesn't look good. He knew immediately. You could see him grab his back. He’s covered his face with his hands ever since. I think it’s bad. Wow. Don’t lead with the crown of your head.
