The last election was not about dems a reps, it was about who they hated the idea of the least. The coasts hated the idea of trump more and the middle of the country hated hillary more.
That's all I want people to realize, is that Trump winning the election cannot be placed solely at the hands of those who voted him in. It's convenient to do so. It feels good to pit his victory as sides, as "us against them." However, his opponents at the DNC did just about every single thing "wrong" they could have done, resulting in hilariously poor turnout, especially in key battleground states. The DNC has to be able to reflect honestly with themselves to determine where exactly they want the party to go. They are considered out of touch by many people who would otherwise vote Democrat, not just GOP diehards. If that doesn't change, Trump is President for 7 more years.

When Trump stood before the heads of Ford Motor Company and told them if they close these plants and move to Mexico like they planned, he would slap a 35% Tariff on every one of those vehicles and no one would buy them, the people realized they made the right choice.

That's exactly the way I felt. It saddened me that neither party ran a person deserving to be President of The United states. We should all expect better than that.

Won the popular vote, the polls where spot on the last week of the campaign. So stop making false claims.
Somebody should tell the pollster we have an electoral college and making a disproportionate number of calls to more heavily populated areas might be great for getting you the popular vote totals, not so good for getting you actual election results.

Perhaps it would help if the Pollsters were not rooting for one candidate over another from the beginning. Polling is a science and we all know what happens when you go into science with preconceived opinions.
