It's embarrassing either way. We get beat by their starters, our starters win against their backups (if indeed that happens, Landry Jones has beaten us in the past).

They beat us last year without Bell and Ben and other starters. The Steelers have a lot of pride no matter who's on the field.
I just want a winner. We need players who can be part of the solution not part of the problem.

We don't lay down? We have ~100 mill under cap. We draft like retards. We are owned by ex Steelers...we call 50 yard passes on 3rd and 1. We have 20 men in the huddle on every other play.... Hi snap for other teams td.... Just a coincidence everything

It looks like the point spread is down to Steelers by 8 points.
That's quite a drop from the 15 point opener.
8 Point Favorites win ~ 76% of the time.
So the Browns do have almost a 1 out of 4 chance of winning.
I really can't see the Steelers handing the last game of the season to a winless team. Not a good way to go into the play-offs.
But point spreads don't care and they don't lie.

Well last time we were in sort of this scenario...Big Ben was coming back from an injury and not playing. Landry started and we dominated the first several series and then we hurt Landry. Big Ben came in gippy and all and just killed us.
He could not move in that game and defensively we applied no pressure no blitzes to take advantage of the injury we just let Big Ben sit back and pick us apart.
Brown is a big key I think. He has killed us when we are playing good defense against them...no matter what he would make that big 3rd down play. Guy is one of the few WRs I truly respect. Him and Larry Fitzgerald are probably 2 that I respect the most. Most others I consider a dime a dozen.
If Larry goes FA I hope we give him a ton of money!

A win would still taste bad but not being the only other team to lose all it's games in a season is a reprieve I'll accept. Not that it would feel good, but it's either that or feel really, really bad. Beating a short-talent Steelers will be forgotten in a year or two. Going 0-16 will be remembered forever.

I doubt they're worried about 2 weeks off for those guys (Ben and Bell). Those guys are dialed in.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.

I think Tomlin will start Ben. He'll lead a scoring drive and get the lead, then the backups come in knowing that once we are behind, all they need is defense from that point on.
I see them treating this game like a preseason game.
They will beat us. Many backup QBs do. I see no way the Steelers let their fans see the Browns win at Heinz Field just before the playoffs.
