I'm watching the Rose Bowl prepared to convince myself Baker Mayfield can be the guy.
Starting to think this is Dorsey's guy.
Time will tell.

What's going to be the excuse for SEC fan with this Auburn loss?
1) They didn't want to be there
2) The real championship was the SEC title game
3) They played down to their competition
4) unintelligible We have our answer: UCF wouldn't have been undefeated if they had played in the SEC. Sorry 'peen but I this statement. No one has any idea what there record would have been had they played in the SEC. Or the Big Ten or ... It is easy to make a statement to "prove" your point that no one can prove one way ot the other. Depending upon your agenda: If Belichick was HC of the Browns, the would have the same record with this roster. If Belichick was HC of the Browns they would have made the playoffs. I'll go with: If UCF would have made the playoffs, they would have won the National Championship.

So are one of these teams going to play defense or is this going to just be a track meet?

So are one of these teams going to play defense or is this going to just be a track meet? One team has one of the best college QBs of all time, the other is playing against a Big-12 defense. Track meet.

Oklahoma's offense is based off the playaction and a strong running game. The first drive showed why you have to respect the playaction pass. The second drive showed why you can't ignore the run game. This is like watching Shanny with spread option reads incorporated.

I've already mentioned this, but Browns need to get Sony Michel.

OU and GA looks like a great game so far .. both offenses dominant
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Jeudy is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Tillman is flanked out wide to the right. Judkins and Ford are split in the backfield as Flacco takes the snap ... Here we go."

At the very least, if he declares, we need to draft Austin Seibert, OU’s kicker.

Time will tell. He might be....I am starting to see him as a bit short. I don't mind taking him, but we need to play him to his strengths. The NFL doesn't seem all that eager to adjust to the talent being put out by the college and HS game.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn. GM Strong

It’s not like I want to take him before the 7th! You have to take people with those picks too and he would add value.

Adds a ton of value. A kicker who can punt too means an open roster spot for a real football player.

They lost to a better team, though I doubt USF would be undefeated if they played in the SEC or Big 10. Just to bust your chops, this statement is accurate, USF didn't go undefeated, so of course they wouldn't go undefeated in the SEC or Big 10 When I went to UCF, I remember they had a hard time trying to schedule hard games before they were very good. I can't imagine how much harder it is now. The bigger conferences prefer cakewalk FCS and very low hanging fruit non-conference games. It isn't as easy as "just schedule harder non-conference games". It takes two to tango. Scheduling these games puts the power conferences at risk of showing how they aren't always as dominate as they seem. Michigan/Appalachian State outcomes are much more rare and helps them with their big time records.

Roquan Smith is having one of the most dominant bowl games I've seen. He started slow in the first Q but he's come alive since. Dude is an unstoppable force.
We don't have a need at LB, but he's boosted his stock tonight.

That was horrible play calling based on what has worked the entire game and what hasn't.

I didn't like the playcalling during OT it was stupid..they should have just attacked them up the middle and over the middle...GA can run sideline to sideline great. so you run everything to the outside...dumb. Entertaining game though..

Loss on that coach. What crap play calling - its called playing not to win. I can't stomach that chit. Same with that idiot LSU coach. 4th and an inch at the goal line. Let's kick a FG. You play not to win, you will not win.
