Kizer was a developmental pick..he needed to sit for 2 years kid is raw...he would have been given his shot when he was 23.
I fear its too late for Kizer though, Jackson has ruined the kid, not only is his confidence completely shot, but he is unsure of himself now. The kid is lost, because he wasn't ready. Kizer was a guy that needed to be brought along slowly as a development project. He is ruined now though...doubtful he ever recovers from this..
