His lawyers probablly were about to give up when Trump said he wants to testify under oath.

There’s an obvious reason why his lawyers want a controlled interview, as well as a huge portion of it being written testimony.

Cause you can easily spin your way out of written testimony. But if his ass messes around and says the wrong thing when he speaks, it’s over.

We’re about to find out how much he ‘can’t recall’ now.

I can’t stand listening to him speak. I mute the TV or turn the channel when his mug comes on the screen. That said, I’d pay money to watch him being interrogated.

We should get to watch because we'll be paying for his presidency forever.

There are often multiple defenses to an accusation. Questioning whether something happened does not necessarily imply that if it did happen, it's a huge deal.

It's a pretty funny sounding video given the way it was edited. Doesn't change the underlying concept. It's pretty clear that Sean Hannity is going to default to coming toward the defense of the President. Is that much different from you (and many others) defaulting toward attacking the President? That is to say, always assuming the worst, never giving him the benefit of the doubt, omitting information that is favorable to him, etc.

The article said they WERE GOING TO DO IT - i don't think they were - i would bet they discussed it and the options, and it was not a good one - case over.
