How about that Hostess Co? $1250 to every employee and free snakes for a year. Sounds like they are back on solid ground thanks to President Trump. Can't wait to see how the Libs spin this outrage.........BTW they went Bankrupt under Barry. They fired 95% of their workforce and replaced them with robots. But, sure, Trump saved them.

Down from 22k employees at one time to 1,170 in mid 2017... What it took to save the Twinkie https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/busi...m=.c4817f10f538 But let's not let facts get in the way of giving Trump credit for something he had nothing to do with yet AGAIN.

Haven't heard this. Could this be another one of your made up lies?
I checked. Losing 95% of a workforce sounded crazy to me. But, you CAN find links saying that.
Also, can you name a single "made up lie" of mine?
Yup. Trump can't read. Trump can't write. And your now infamous "he's in the throes of dementia".

Yup. Trump can't read. Trump can't write. And your now infamous "he's in the throes of dementia".
I've said he doesn't read. This is a fact, one confirmed by Trump himself. He changed the methods of the daily intelligence briefing because they contained too many words and not enough pictures. I've said he can't spell. This is a fact. For over 20 years he has routinely spelled honor as "honore", choker as "chocker" and lightweight as "leitweight". He routinely- at about a clip of about 2 or 3 times a month, has to delete tweets and re-post them because of spelling errors. Trump has trouble focusing and speaking coherently, and is unable to grasp basic concepts explained to him, all of which are traits of brain degeneration. Pull up any clip of him from the 80's or 90's - he's still dumb as a rock, but it's beyond clear that he was much more lucid than he is today.

It's okay to have an opinion. I think PDF uses a bit of hyperbole , but there is much truth to the incidents he speaks of. At least as far the part about Trump not reading , and his inability to spell. I would agree that the dementia thing would be purely speculation

It's okay to have an opinion. It's not an opinion that Trump is unable to grasp basic concepts, has difficulty speaking coherently and has trouble keeping focused. It's also not an opinion that he's far less lucid than he was even 10 years ago. Him having dementia is an opinion, yes, but him displaying the signs of someone with dementia is a fact.

Yeah, I'd say all of that is "opinion".
Perhaps he doesn't speak on your self righteous level? Is that your problem?
Perhaps he isn't as supposedly "intellectual" as you feel you are, and therefore you feel superior? Or, want to APPEAR as an intellectual superior?
I question your sanity many times. That is a fact. I won't go any further.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump passed a test for signs of dementia and is in overall excellent health, but needs to shed weight by cutting calories, fats and carbohydrates and starting a daily exercise routine, the White House physician said on Tuesday. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-t...r-idUSKBN1F52OR

He doesn't understand what health insurance is despite having it explained to him on multiple occasions, and was upset to learn that he couldn't have tanks and missiles roll down the D.C. streets for his inauguration. It doesn't take an intellectual to realize that the man who said "I have a very good brain, I think good and I know all the best words" is an idiot.

The Montreal Cognitive Assessment is a 10-minute test. It’s one of the commonly used screening exams for dementia. The questions on the test vary in difficulty, but they include:
Six points for knowing the date and where you are.
One point if you can identify what a train and a bicycle have in common, and another for watch and ruler.
Three points for correctly identifying pictures of a lion, camel, and rhinoceros.
Another point if you can repeat the phrase “I only know that John is the one to help today.”
Another point if you can read the following letters: FBACMNAAJKLBAFAKDEAAAJAMOFAAB.
Three points if you can draw a clock that indicates the time “10 past 11.”

You DO understand what the test is for, right?
I think you do not.
The test, widely accepted, is designed to determine - get this - if someone has dementia, or the onset of dementia.
You know, the very thing you've been saying since you came back to this board? The very thing you have posted seemingly hundreds of times?
Get over yourself.

Get over yourself. The MoCA test is given when someone shows signs of dementia. Without displayed symptoms, the test given is the MMSE.

Mr. Trump's physical also included a cognitive portion, and the president completed the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, which is often referred to as "MoCA." He received a 30/30 on the test, which would have detected any serious mental impairments, such as Alzheimer's disease. Anything scored above 26 is considered to be healthy, according to Jackson. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/president-t...ng-live-stream/

Can we talk about why corporations are good/evil?
Rather than this Trump BS? Because this Trump whining is just as moronic as you claim Trump to be.

Corporations are neither Good nor Evil. They make a Profit or they die on the vine. We drink water/beer for the same reason.

The majority of America is employed by a corporation. Or business of some kind.
So, if there were no corporations, what are yall gonna do for work?

Barry was the poster boy for a person that does not understand insurance...if he did he would have knew what would happen to the private market premiums when he made them comply with a no underwriting rule. He would have know premiums would triple or quadruple, not go down by $2500.....hell my great plan only cost $3300 a year.....I was giddy to see how he was gonna give me and my family coverage for $800 a year and be better then what I had....

Then expound on what you feel our society would be like, if everybody lives on small family owned farms?
We should all be homesteaders?
We should all go to town for common goods?
How is this different from colonial America, other than the lack of slavery, and maybe some technology.
Although the technology is questionable unless you have a means to earn money.

Obamacare was bad policy, but Obama very clearly understood what health insurance is. Trump legitimately thinks health insurance costs $12 a month.

If there were no corporations to provide the jobs most of us currently enjoy, we would naturally be doing what people did before these jobs existed, we’d be doing what is necessary to feed ourselves. If we didn’t have corporate farming there would be a whole lot more local jobs in smaller farms providing the food. Regardless of calendar concerns.

In the first place I never said it was better as you asserted. I simply said it’s what would occur. I answered your question without an agenda, just a fact. Your reference to going back to colonial America is also not accurate as we had family farming long after colonial times.

Ok. Yes, we had family farming forever.
However, my question was, if theres no corporations, what are ya gonna do for work?
And your answer was that we are all gonna be family farmers.
So can you please explain to me, how this is not going back in time, regressing, socially, if we are all gonna be homesteaders now?
Because thats what we are. If we are all family farmers. Homesteaders.
I would like to know how society progresses, while regressing to homesteader status.

Once again, I didn’t say it was better.
I answered the question you asked, what would we be doing without out the jobs provided by the corporations.
If you’re not satisfied with a straight up answer, I’m sorry.
