It all starts and ends with Lebron. We can only speculate what was going on behind the scenes but Lebron was loafing. He turns it on and off when he wants to.

Read IT was surprised he was traded... probably the only guy in Cleveland that did see it coming or at least hope for a trade...

Wow so I was dead wrong on the Wade stuff, apparently he was not well liked in that locker room .

I could easily see Wade being a malcontent. Both him and IT were alpha-dogs not long ago, and had significantly reduced roles on this team. I think both expected to have a lot more time on the ball even thought they didn't necessarily deserve it.

I think Wade was also one of the guys lobbing criticisms at Love and other guys when they had that "team meeting".

Shump seems like he was just collecting a paycheck the last two years, and Crowder almost just seemed depressed that he wasn't with the Celtics anymore and couldn't find a groove here. Rose's mind isn't where it should be either.

I can see other guys on the team getting a little resentful that those guys are getting minutes over them.

I had heard rumors of Wade being a negative influence on the Cavs, but mostly because he had LeBron's ear so much. I had high hopes that Wade's experience and savvy would help us in the playoffs, but it wasn't meant to be.

The Crowder thing is disappointing. I thought he gave us what we needed. A tough guy. A good defender. And a guy who while inconsistent on offense, could get rolling w/3's and have some big scoring nights. I think his mom dying w/in the last year has messed w/his mind.

In other news, IT had 22 pts for the Lakers last night. Frye got a DNP-CD.

Crowder sat out the other night and like I mentioned earlier, Utah cut DRose right away. I wonder if he is done?

Wade had 3 pts the other night in his first game back, but did receive a tremendous reception from the fans.

If Wade was mad about his reduced role then why did he volunteer to come off the bench and etc?

I don't know if he was mad about his reduced role. He volunteered to go to the bench after JR was crying about having to play w/the second unit.

I think it was other things. Perhaps the chemistry of the locker room, certain players not fitting in, a guy playing for a max contract, vets like JR feeling entitled, dudes like DRose and his/their personal problems, DWade missing Miami, etc.

Here is a link to that. Check her dancing in the second video. I'd say she is happy. LOL

Crowder was the one bummer of this week's trades. I really think he would have been a lot better for us in the playoffs, when things kinda slow down a bit.

Wade wasn't well received when he signed with team.

Not everyone likes peanut butter and jelly.

Altman got rid of the cliques.

Really looking forward to watching the new guys play today.

Lakers also lost because they gave up 130 points. Sound familiar?

Say what you want, but that little guy made into the NBA and has stayed there when others much taller than him didn't.

Yep, he frequently gets the short end of the stick. If people would just give him a tiny bit of credit. It makes little sense. It's no small feat to accomplish what he's done, it dwarfs anything his detractors have done. They should show a wee bit of compassion.

Can't wrap my mind around this dude. Weapon coming off the bench... and nothing more. Keep hearing he's statistically the worst defender of all time. Ain't no championship caliper team picking him up for anything but a bench player, Golden State had to surround Steph with superstars to hide his defense. Is his goal to wither away on a crap team so he can be "the man"? Wow.

Cavs moving the ball a lot better. I guess they're sort of forced to with Lebron hurt and no other superstar out there. Still, they're hanging in there.

This team looks completely different though. Cedi got knocked down after that offensive rebound, and 3 guys sprinted in to help him back up.

Hill and that defense!

New guys looking good and LBJ is up tempo again. Heck, even TT is rockin' it. I'm liking Osman more and more. That wide open dunk miss was OK by me! Next time!!!

In addition to getting rid of malcontents, I think these trades have opened up minutes for Osman, and that's helping. He's the sparkplug type of player that we've lacked since Delly and Varejao. We need that kind of guy supplying energy so that it rubs off on others.

Announcers said it best, all around smiles on the Cavs team. Boston can't get much going.

Good game today!

We have some young Indian ponies! Looks like LBJ lost about eight years. We are winning games, playing hard all over the court, and Thomas is still running his mouth. Poison dunking this team as crappy as he was.

osman is like an NBA Mad Max on overdrive. Insane levels of hustle and pestering people.

Like Dellanueva in a full sized body, only much more disruptive. He needs more time and work, but what a by the gods motor!

Three of the new guys were in double digits scoring. I thought Nance Jr supplied some good energy too, even though it didn't show up in the box score. Same thing with Osman. Their energy fueled the rest of the team.

Lebron also got some extensive rest because the guys off the bench kept the offense flowing. We didn't seem to lose anything with Lebron off the floor.

The Celtics had every reason to win this game. We flipped half our roster, and it was Paul Pierce night in front of a home crowd. Yet we still took it to them. What a great game! Hope they can keep this kind of play up through June.

Man, it looks like the new guys fit right in, from the word go.

New guys: 49 points, 13 rebounds, and 5 assists. Not bad for no practice. laugh

These guys already look like a team, too. They celebrate each other's successes, and pick each other up. They were all smiling, and look like a team.

There's a certain something to feeling wanted and then being a part of something.
