The Cavs signed Marcus Thornton to a 10-day contract. And no, not THAT Marcus Thornton. This is a 25-year old guard that plays with Canton right now.
I was thinking "Why another guard??", but apparently this is a "roster fill" move that gets us to March 1st. The Cavs were required to have 14 on the roster by the end of the week, so they signed this guy to a 10-day. March 1st is the last day for contract buyouts and such, so this will give them enough guys on the roster to make it to that day. Then we can see who's available.

I wonder if any "bigs" will become available? I'm not asking for a really good player, but just a guy who has a lot of size and can give us some minutes when we face teams who have very large and physical centers.

Our best chances might be Tyson Chandler or Brook Lopez, but it's unlikely that they would be bought out. Joakim Noah might also get bought out, but I'd want him nowhere near our team.

Yep, they play w/a lot of energy and we have multiple guys on that unit that can score. I love how Clarkson can create his own shot. Nance is very active. Hood can drain the 3. Very nice.
We have a very good team right now.
