The only reason Rosen isn't neck to neck is because of the injury history. They are both going to be fantastic QBs. If they are both going to be great then why would you take the one with injury worries first?
I really think that is all it is. I don't think either Rosen or Darnold are going to be a fantastic Qb, But I don't know anything, who knows, time will tell.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

I just did a recount, and this is accurate. It should be noted that Waterdawg's vote isn't being counted because the question was "who do you draft at #1" and his answer doesn't address that question. He chose instead to say what QB he would take and where; Allen at #4. Also Halfback32's 1/2 for Barkley, 1/2 for Darnold depended on whether we signed Cousins. Since that ship has sailed, we might want to disregard the first condition.

Agree - if Cousins was part of the equation, the whole thread would be a moot point. Darnold's total (as I post this) should be 34 and Barkley's should be 3, imo.

I'll stay with my desire for Mason. Besides if we went Mason at 1 the world would explode and it would be hilarious and we would still get Barkly at 4 because Darnold and Rosen would go at 2 and 3.

I just post like anyone else. How "I ACT" is something you have made up in your mind. Now if you think stating the fact LAMAR JACKSON will never in a million years will be overall#1. Get over it and stop making up stuff about acting. I just post.😭 We LOVE you, man. Jackson and Rudolph remind me of Gino Smith and Tannehill. Not a CHANCE either go Top 10. See that is your misconception. You think where a QB will be taken is a judge of how good they are. How good they are has nothing to do with where they are taken. By your logic the WORST teams in the NFL have the best idea of which QBs are the best QBs. Did you ever stop to think WHY they might be the worst teams in the NFL? Mason will be a very successful QB regardless of where he is drafted. This thread is about what players we WANT. I can WANT who ever the bleep I WANT to and I certainly trust my track record over yours anyday. The fact you compare any of these QBs to Gino Smith shows you know absolutely nothing about which your talking.

Cause that's what he's going to be thrown into. DEVELOPING as a 3rd and possibly a Practice Squad player. Which is exactly what he needs coming from OSUs Offense. And that's fine. Razorthorns says Mason Rudolph isn't getting the credit he deserves Swish is banging the table for Lamar Jackson Vers doesn't like all the lies being spouted about his guy, Josh Rosen and Rasta thinks that if we don't draft Saquon Barkley we won't have a run game and we're gonna suck I really hope to keep these in mind for future reference, lol

I am warming to Darnold but I am sticking with Rosen. Either way you end up with a great QB =) I've been hesitant to say it, but it seems like a good year to have the 1st pick. There could be up to 6 first round QB's taken and we get the pick of the litter. With great hesitation I say things might be looking up for us.

You should try logically posting that we decided to trade down from 1 and then down from #4 and somewhere between 12 and 22 decided to take Lamar Jackson. I seriously doubt that would happen but that would have some logical background in us taking Lamar.
I actually respect you as a poster and this is not your usual credibility. So if I'm salty its cause I don't like you jeopardizing your credibility by championing Lamar Jackson for the overall #1 pick.
