BUT LET ME SAY THIS! We have watched inanimate, putrid, disgusting offenses for 19 years!!! At this point, I want to see some freakin touchdowns. Plain and simple, I want excitement. I want something to CHEER for. We literally HAVE NOTHING.
DRAFT BARKLEY. I don't care if its at 1 or 4, draft someone that I can say "hey, hes worth almost 4 hours of my Sunday to watch. cause over 19 years, we have not had a single reason too.

Barkley is VERY GOOD .. theres a lot to like there ... hes a GREAT ATHELETE ... hes not a GREAT RUNNING BACK as far as i’m concerned ...
I’d much rather have a guy like Fournette .. u know .. a guy that doesn’t rely so heavily on his speed that he takes every run possible OUTSIDE AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE MOMENT ...

I’ve watched all but 2 of his games .. will get to those soon ... the TAPE does not show a good inside runner what so ever ... NO SIGNS OF THAT AT ALL ... granted they didn’t run him up the middle much ... when they did ... he did ZILCH for me when he didn’t cut it outside immediately ...
Hes a SPEED GUY in my opinion ... we’ll know more and see whose right in a few years ...
do yourself a favor. Watch the Iowa vs Penn State get tape of that game. Going on my memory. After watching this game I made sure I would as many as I could. It was his last game healthy, there were several runs where I swore he broke his leg n then there he was the next series back on the field. Great player.

Did u watch this years Super Bowl? .. or last years? ... the most glaring thing to me ...
all 4 of them had RB’s by committee ... all 4 teams put up HUGE OFFENSIVE NUMBERS w/o a STUD RB or not a SINGLE HIGH PICK SPENT ON A RB spent by them (to the best of my knowledge) ...
And OFFENSE WASN’T THE PROBLEM ... ...
Did you watch the Browns last season? Our running backs suck. Actually, they are worse than that, they suck AND blow! My dream back is a 15/15 guy. 1500 yards rushing and 15 touchdowns. Now that isn't usually attainable of course... But that should be the goal. Wasn't long ago that Beast Mode was pretty important to a Super Bowl team. If Seattle hands it to him one last time they would have two rings instead of one. I think Barkely is special. I could be wrong. It's happened before. But if he IS a special back and we pass, we will regret it. Likely a moot point he won't be there at #4. I wish we would trade up and take a QB AND Barkley. Rookie QB's best friend is a running game. Give our new OC a running back like Barkley and he will run the ball. That opens up the play action.

He will be no where’s near as affective in the NFL as he is in college .. SPEED OF THE GAME ... and thats a lot of his game ... if he becomes the stud u guys think he will be ... he will have to LEARN HOW TO RUN INSIDE .... cause he doesn’t do it now ...

The outside is a big tool for speed fact is he has the speed and he worked it outside. Just because he is big but he is usually the fastest guy on the field. And guess what my friend that aint changing when he goes into the NFL. You act like this is a bad thing...oh look he constantly goes outside and you make it as if its a bad habit...lol no he is going outside BECAUSE HE CAN. Look at the nfl not college. The fastest RBs all go outside doctors working on leg...bye

Agree, I'd take Barkley over Fitz....might take him at Number ONE, we need to score points...IF the football brain trust thinks there is NO clear winner at QB...I could easily be all in on Bark....GO Browns!!!
