Cuban allegedly assaults women

Billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was investigated by police in 2011 after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her in a Portland, OR bar, a report said late Tuesday.


The woman told cops that Cuban forced his hand down her jeans and penetrated her with his finger as they posed for a photo in April 2011, according to a police report obtained by the Willamette Week.


Cuban was interviewed by Portland cops, and he denied her claim.

Charges were never filed after the District Attorney determined there was insufficient evidence as no witnesses or physical evidence were found.

Cuban also voluntarily underwent and passed a polygraph test administered by a former Miami Police detective, the report said.

The woman told the Willamette Week in a recent interview she still stood by the charges.



“I filed the report because what he did was wrong,” she told the Willamette Week. “I stand behind that report 1,000 percent.”

Through his lawyer, Stephen Houze, Cuban reiterated his denial.

“This incident never happened and her accusations are false,” Houze said.

The bombshell report comes just two weeks after a Sports Illustrated piece alleging rampant sexual misconduct within the Mavericks organization.

I'm not going to call her a liar but.. it takes 4 seconds to pose for a picture.. I can only assume it would take much longer than that to get your hand all the way down a ladies pants to the point you could penetrate her.. especially considering how tight most ladies wear their jeans, it's not something you could possibly do before she knew what was happening.. I would assume there would have been a major scene, with her flailing to get away and Cuban being smacked OR SOMETHING.. no witnesses would also mean the person taking the photo was also unaware this was happening, right in front of them...

I'm not buying this woman's story based on what little is told here.

I like Cuban but if it comes out that he's a perv with proof then oh well, he can be MeToo'd.

well according to the article, he passed a lie detector test, there were no charges, no witnesses, and no evidence.

Cuban allowed a sexual assaulter to run his front office staff for years. It wouldn’t surprise me if Cuban did shady stuff, too.

And btw, my opinion of Mark Cuban is that he is a slimey guy.

I don't like how he behaves on Shark Tank. He just seems really shadey.

I get that same sense about him, almost like hes being fake and hiding something. Always have.

He mostly never makes a deal with anybody. He criticizes them and says Give Me A Deal In 2 Seconds Or That's It. He mostly seems to be there to roll his eyes, make snarky comments, and never make a deal. So basically for publicity.

Not if it was like this. They both did it in fun. It's not like she corned him in the closet and forced him. He was going in for a kiss on the cheek, she turned and kissed him to shock him... Had Simon done it, it might have been a little creepier because I'm a man but still no harm no foul in the spirit it was done.

In the incident in question, the young man was meeting an artist he greatly admired and was giddy at the thought of getting a KOTC.. that's what he was expecting, it was fairly obvious... not a full mouth plant, which is what he received.

Then he should of kept his face away. If you stick your face in someone elses face, then you better accept whatever happens. Good or bad.

And if lets sayyyyyyy, Sean Hannity did that to a fan of the female gender, do you not think there would have been massive outrage, lawsuits, advertisers pulling endorsements, boycotts, etc. ?
