Ian Rapoport ‏Verified account @RapSheet
The #Browns signed free agent CB EJ Gaines to a 1-year deal worth $4M, source said. He can earn up to $5M with incentives.
"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

So what about TP signing with the Jets? What's up with that?
Any word on what he got? I read that Hue lobbied hard to get him signed and that TP wanted to play here..

I'm starting to believe that the talk of Pryor wanting to be here was just speculation from MKC. He was in town and didn't even meet with anybody from the team. I know he was there for some tournament or something, but, if he was wanting to come play here, you would think some kind of meeting would have happened. The talk of him not needing a meeting because he was here before is nonsense. Dorsey is making the calls now, and Pryor never played under him. Dude is chasing a big payday, hope he finds it.
RIP, Jim

He would have met had we really wanted to meet. It's hard to tell what is, and what isn't.
I am afraid that Pryors "big" payday was lost when he didn't sign with us last year.

It's going to be odd watching the Jets if McCown starts, Pryor is their #1 WR and Crow their main option at RB.
They will basically be the 2016 Browns, lol.
