Trump talks about charging and jailing people a lot.
for conservatives to falsely claim that obama was acting like a dictator, they sure are ignoring the guy who actually wants to be a dictator.

The funniest part about that is the whole complaint stemmed from Obama "ruling by decree" with his executive orders.
In the end, a lot of that was Obama's undoing, but it's hilarious because Trump is emulating Obama in order to undo him, but he keeps failing at it because he has that weird incompetent with no law experience writing out the orders.

Michael Avenatti keeps setting traps for Trump and he keeps stepping right into them. Avenatti (Stormy Daniels' Attorney) was the first to say Cohen would break fast under this kind of pressure and flip easy. Then the news all started repeating it until... Trump says something else stupid.
Avenatti is great, really like watching him work Trump and beat him at his own game. He plays Trump and company like a fiddle, while Mueller is doing the heavy lifting.
For Trump to know so many crooks, you would think he would also know that MOST people who end up in prison put themselves there because they don't shut up or somebody who knows their truth doesn't shut up.

I don't think the Daniels attorney is being particularly great or clever. It's hard not to look good when your opposition is basically shouting probable cause to a press pool because they're too dumb to realize what they're doing.

I think Avenatti has been owning Trump and Cohen for months now. And yes I agree that outsmarting Trump is no great deed, but he has been great to watch nonetheless. Just look at clips of him on CNN and MSNBC being downright indignant to Trump and Company by calling them stupid, dirty, dumb crooks, etc. He knows Trump can't stand that and that it would be impossible for Trump to let it go and remain silent for a long period. Then Avenatti started on how weak and dumb Cohen really is, saying he will break and flip withing 90 days. He will be Trump's undoing... Now we have Trump firing back over that and making mistakes. Trump is Trump's own worst enemy and he's too stupid to see it. Avenatti has weaponized that weakness.

I guess I just don't see what's so great about folding your hands and watching your opposition trip over itself? The only memorable thing he's done as far as I know is tweet out a picture of a CD in a safe, which is actually a pretty dumb thing to do.

Yeah, they keep doing this. When Trump's divorce lawyer kept rambling on about how Cohen would flip because he didn't want to be raped by black men in prison, Erin Burnett kept trying to throw him a life preserver and ask "you're not saying there's something to flip on, are you?" This is the result of a Haberman piece. Trump threw a fit this morning and kept posting, deleting and re-posting insane rants about Cohen. Last night, he raged out and started naming people from the DNC he wanted to charge, until one of the adults made him delete it. For anyone interested, Trump didn't stop with his senile grandpa rage tweeting today: @realDonaldTrump
The Washington Post said I refer to Jeff Sessions as “Mr. Magoo” and Rod Rosenstein as “Mr. Peepers.” This is “according to people with whom the president has spoken.” There are no such people and don’t know these characters...just more Fake & Disgusting News to create ill will!

The funniest part is that both Hannity and Trump would've both been shielded from all of this, but they literally went to the media and said "I waive my rights, please investigate me" because they were both too ham headed to consider what they were rambling.

Yep. After this is all over, someone needs to publish a book called “the Art of keeping your mouth shut”.

Yep. After this is all over, someone needs to publish a book called “the Art of keeping your mouth shut”. For some reason, "The Art of Keeping Your Mouth Shut" reminded me of when Trump addressed the Boy Scouts of America last year and went on some long rant about all the states he won before blathering about how his friend had boat orgies but was still sad. Rex Tillerson had to formally apologize like 3 hours later. http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2...boy_scouts.html
