Also, Philadelphia might be the team from the East to beat imo

Looks like we cannot be bothered. Standing offense, refusing the paint. This casual stroll up and down the court sucks. Follow a shot. Stick around for a rebound.

Worst is throwing up lazy threes again and again. This is a team that wants to go home.

Blowing leads. Part of this is LBJ, who gets his numbers. But Lue should take another week off. We played harder without him on the bench?

Watching the Pelican game (players moving, cutting, offensive rebounding, etc) made me hate our team even more.

Didn't his team play the best when he was out injured when they won the championship 3 years ago?

Have the Cavs put anything around LeBron? I wouldn't expect much this year.
No, three years ago they lost in The NBA Finals when K love was out hurt .

2 years ago they won the Finals and Kevin Love was a key component of that.

The Cavs need Kevin to play well if they are going anywhere but an early golfing trip

Kinda crazy the greatest player in NBA history's best coach is a tie between Spoelstra and Mike Brown. And by "kinda crazy" I mean, "Really depressing".

Has anyone ever stopped and thought about what the common denominator is? People always blame everyone but Lebron when there are problems, but give him all the glory when things go well.

Dont get me wrong, Lebron is one of the GOATS, physically I think he is far and away the GOAT. But there has always been a mental issue that puts him a step below Jordan, and possibly even Kobe.

Portland were out coached and could never adjust to deal with how New Orleans shut down their back court. They also had literally no defensive answer for Davis and Holliday. Game 4 those two scored 87 of their points! Homer fans here all expected the Blazers to sweep them. Yet, in all four games they were annihilated by a brilliantly coached team who came to the playoffs with a plan and perfectly executed it. My guess is CJ McCollum (huge Browns fan!) will be used as trade bait in the offseason and who knows what will happen with Coach Stotts.

ive been saying this for 2 months. They have everything you need . It's also why if i was lebron, I'd go there if i wanted to chase rings and stay in the east. What's crazier is the amount of picks and 1st round players they've gotten rid of and still have this team

Its not coincidence that this team looks exactly like they did before Lue took a leave. With Drew at the helm they looked like a totally different team. Adjustments on the fly is about the best quality a NBA coach can bring, Lue misses that

I predict another lackluster effort , then lose at home, and LBJ posts a farewell post on SI .Com and the ride is over.

Bucks might be another team I'll root for to be honest ... them and 76ers would be a fun series

So only one sweep so far in the first round. The Pelicans swept the Blazers.

So much for all that "nobody takes us seriously talk" from the Blazers in the West. Now everyone knows why, lol.

I personally think that the Pelicans / Warriors series will be interesting. Much more interesting than Warriors / Blazers. We have seen that movie twice before.

94-92 in the WSH / TOR game. If WSH can pull this one out, all the pressure is on the Raptors.

I was a little worried about us coming out slow in this one.

Decent start so far. 11-8 Cavs.

Basically we are in the same situation as we were three years ago against CHI. Down 2-1 on the road.

TT so far is playing good D. So far he’s matching the intensity of the game early.

Bench JR until further notice.

Korver is OFF. I actually think JR is playing well.

We are 2-9 from 3 PT... 25%..

Nice to see LeBron hit a jumper.

It also looked like a foul on Sabonis. These refs are terrible.

I think they should have their pay docked for each call they miss.

It does seem that way.

Nice answer by Clarkson and Hood to that mini run.

What is up with everyone leaving and not trying to rebound on that last three point shot?
