The Jazz are taking it to OKC right now. 20-3 run.

I would rather see OKC play HOU to be honest. I don't think the Jazz have a chance against the Rockets.

Seems like the Rockets and Warriors in the WCF is inevitable at this point.

And, I should add this: The board does just fine with or without any of us. In some cases, it does better.

I think Carmelo Anthony is actually having a worse series than Kevin Love.

Speak for yourself! I'd hate to see what this place would devolve into without the benefit of my charms. Sometimes I think you people take me for granted.

We all love when you talk sports. But too often you get into arguments that are not sports related. You need to learn that when you think someone is an idiot, you shake your head and laugh, then refrain from actually telling them that they are an idiot.

There are a couple poster that I have to do that with.
I have kind of turned reading posts into a game. I enlarge my screen so that when I scroll, I can see the post but not the posters name. Then I read the post and try to guess who wrote it. I have actually gotten pretty good at it - plus it is a good excuse to enlarge the print without acknowledging that I am getting old and need the bigger font size

But there are a couple that tend to and one in particular who always makes me shake my head and ask WTF?! But then I guess that it is him, and instead of getting irritated, I have feelings of excitement and pride that I was able to nail it and guess the poster correctly. Takes a lot of the stress out/

I think consecutive playoff games in the same city should be back to back
Or back to back to back in the 2-3-2 format.
The playoffs take too long for one, but I personally think that stamina, endurance and depth should be part of factoring in who is champion.

The NBA will argue , player safety and game quality, but that is code for lengthening the playoffs to make more marketing money.

I also heard an interesting thing from Bob Costas in regards to playoff series. MLB is considering allowing the top seed during the 1st round select the order in which games are played throughout the series.

In other words, if the Indians are the #1 seed and play the Wild Card winner ... the Indians could say "We want our 4 home games to be games 4, 5, 6, and 7"
