just clickin,
I'm glad he is in camp BUT he is a rookie and rookies do not do much there first year, so let him learn the system, get used to the speed of the pros, work with his receivers and get used to holding the clip board!!!!

You do know that he was the 3rd and sometimes 4th best QB on our roster during OTA's and minicamp.

Quinn isn't ready, nor will he be ready anytime soon.

Peenie...so your just waiting to trash one of our Browns?

Let me tell you something Peenie, might be better for you to find another team if that is your attitude.

We've seen your game before and I don't know how you can call yourself a Browns fan with that kind of attitude...looking to trash our own players???

Do you even read what people post? Peen has been jumping on others who have been trashing Quinn about this whole contract thing.

I hope so to.. What we have working now isn't to good.. Not disin Frye or Anderson, but they can't even beat out each-other right now.. And with the Quinn saga continuing thro the past week, they should have been on point, atleast to prove they could start, without a doubt..

I Agree

As Soon as Game 1 Starts and Chuck Starts Throwing Ducks and Making Bad Decision After Bad Decision, and When We Get To The RedZone, and Chuck Turns It Over

I Can See Brady Coming In.

Come on that was Vintage Mac...

btw did you see the difficulty of the beginning of our season - no way we throw an Underprepaired BQ into a battle like that.

If you really are looking forward to BQ stepping in sometime this season.

Look at the break as one possibility and look for a weak spot in our schedule where he can come in and have some positive feedback from the results.

You mean the way you trash the other guys?

I hope he's as good as you think, but he is a long way behind the rest of the team as far as the new offense goes.

I just hope you can find it in you to support Fyre or DA until he plays, even though you constantly call them bums. You'd think that calling yourself a Browns fan, you might actually back the QBs

Really....I understand that.

We will have to be crippled with injury or the QBs will have to be playing REALLY bad to see Quinn before the bye.

Oh I know how to spell Tom Condon's name. I just improved his name to go along with something you throw away after one use.

Browns | Quinn agrees to terms
Tue, 7 Aug 2007 09:55:56 -0700

Jay Glazer, of FoxSports.com, reports the Cleveland Browns have agreed to terms with QB Brady Quinn on a five-year deal. The deal is worth $20.2 million, and could reach a total value of $30 million with escalators. The contract contains $7.75 million in guaranteed money.

I Didnt Realize Having To Support Two Bums at QB Made You Anymore Of a Browns Fan

What Is There To Support Of Frye? Because He Is Our QB?

Bad Decisions
Ducks
Red Zone Turnovers

Btw...looks like we gave him a contract better than #15.

I read something about Savage saying he was willing to do #22 money plus a premium for him being a QB. This may not be so far off.

Wonder how much more Quinn got than if he would have taken the initial offer. How much did he gain by losing out on all those reps in practice?

I like how people jump all over other's post without merit. It's like they get off on attacking others.

Read between the lines first Mac.

What is wrong with you Browns fans. Quinn should NOT play anytime soon. Hell, I don't even think he should see the field this year. There is no reason to put him in until he's ready, and as of now He IS NOT.

God, BQ signs and everyone jumps on the bandwagon like the kids going to light it up right away.

Sorry, but basic football wisdom says you go with experience, and you build continuity with your offense. The stupid Browns have had a different QB starting every year for the past like 5-6 years, and we also haven't won many games. Because the stupidest fans are clamouring for the next flavor week after week.

Frye should start, Frye WILL start.

I hate BQ and hopefully, a year on the sidelines will help him grow up a little bit. It probably won't help him NOT be a douchebag, since that is pretty much ingrained in his psyche since he was 5 years old. But maybe he can learn something sitting for a season.

Start BQ right away. NICE. great idea.

And that's why your football knowledge is drastically lacking.

You'd have thrown
Terry Bradshaw
Steve Young
and countless other players to the curb because they didn't start playing like a HOF players quick enough for you.

I can pretty much guarantee you that you'll be calling for Brady Quinn's head in 2 years.

Young QB's struggle. But then again, you think Quinn's already better than what we have, so obviously there is little hope for you.

Mensa is by far the MOST knowledgable guy on the board.

He understands that in order to gauge a QB then he has to have an Oline and a running game. He backs up his points with statistics--not lame lines like "I saw with my own 2 eyes" or "stats are for losers." Yea, so he actually makes an argument AND can back it up with actual numbers. A concept few people on the board actually grasp.
